Cris Taliana She wanted more money and thought she could make it as a hardcore star... she did, for about 3 months... now she does pissing sites letting guys piss in her mouth for a few bucks.

I never once said you should not pay these girls well (fair market value) and not treat them with the utmost respect. That goes without saying. Tawnee has been with Steve for 4 years which goes to prove the level of respect and care that has been taken to keep this girl happy. Four years in unheard of in the solo site niche... do you know any that are even close that shoot for a program other then there own?

Your comment that "without them we have nothing" is false. Models are a dime a dozon. That does not mean you should treat them bad or be disrespectful, but the resources for models are endless. They can be replaced at the drop of a hat... even girls as popular as Tawnee (again, her looks are nothing special at all... it was all in the marketing and timing). The only thing of real value on this industry is traffic.... the model is secondary as long as the traffic fits the model.

That girl chris is getting paid more for her hardcore work then what you could ever pay her right?

Wow, after reading 9 pages (well most of it anyway and all of your replies Steve) I think you have 2 ways of solving this.

First one is you do your maths and see how much she's worth to you. We both know then when you lose her exclusive rights your income will drop, even if you still have unseen material.

The second road would be reply to this e-mail saying something like: ok, the 2k deal is of the table. All I can offer you now is $1k. But I'll offer you $15k to start doing 1 hardcore scene a month. Take it or leave it.

I think I would reply to her e-mail the second I read it with the second option.

this is absolutely NOT true. in 99% of cases when a band first signs, they get a shit contract that gives them 0 leverage, tiny compensation and a committement for 3-6 albums (and they are happy to get it), then if they "produce" and can sell albums, when the original contract is up, they have some ground to negotite terms and if not happy, can look elsewhere

YOU know what you can expect to make off the site even if the site is showing a decline in percentage of value...

Keep the number in your head.

Tawnee is fishing because she will not give you a concrete number of what she wants. She needs to lay out all her terms down to the dollar amount.

Pull that number out of your head I asked you to store, and either accept or reject her proposal based on that number stored.

A model is only worth what somebody is willing to pay.

Paying her 2K a month for doing nothing is fair, but I would not think this would be enough for her to to not source another company for additional income. Only you know Steve, the residual value she has with the content you have stockpiled, you know the costs to run her site, you know the profitability of the site etc. YOU know what you can expect to make off the site even if the site is showing a decline in percentage of value... Keep the number in your head. Tawnee is fishing because she will not give you a concrete number of what she wants. She needs to lay out all her terms down to the dollar amount. Pull that number out of your head I asked you to store, and either accept or reject her proposal based on that number stored. A model is only worth what somebody is willing to pay.
