I would think you wouldn't be so quick to forget that, particularly in the middle of a conversation about Russia invading Georgia. Joining NATO would at least ensure that never happens again. That there aren't many other political factors in this invasion. If you believe it's for the people in South Ossetian, you believe we went to Iraq to "liberate" their people.

BTW, there is a serious suspicion that Yushchenko wasn't poisoned. Some people (one my friend who is a skin doctor) say that Yushchenko has a leprosy. That's why he has rejected to do a skin analysis and why his "killers" have not been identified for years of investigation. Of course that's just a version, but this version is much more reasonable than other versions such as poisoning, unsuccessful operation with stem cells etc.

And why does it always seem the ones that do are anti-government? Anyways, wouldn't it just be easier to poison Saakashvili with Dioxin like you did with Yushchenko? And before you go crazy again, I'm not even against what Russia did. I just find it amazing that people believe that the Russian government somehow is doing this strictly for the people. That there aren't many other political factors in this invasion. If you believe it's for the people in South Ossetian, you believe we went to Iraq to "liberate" their people.
