I run 5k several times and a 10k once a week.. no more beer, just hard liquor and diet soda.. dropped from 235 to 205 in about 4 months just with those changes

I've been on Atkinson diet last winter and lost 10kg in 3 months.
I'm keeping my weight same to date with lower fluctuations (+/- 2kg).

I'm still not eating bread (or I eat very little). Same is with sweets, and I try not to drink coca cola and similar drinks.

I am aiming to have things so that when I have my next monthly weigh in (at the end of sept) I will have passed the 90lbs lost mark. Over the past 10 pounds I have had a wedding and a honeymoon. I haven't gained anything over that time but I want to pick up the pace and get to that 90 (almost there) and then try to get to the 100 lost by the new year.

Dunno how it equates in pounds, but on the 5thg of July I attendended a webmasters meet up in London...

I felt fat, and weighed myself... I was 16St 5Oz

Been on a sensible diet ever since...

I now weigh 15 stone

Wanna be 14 and a half for Amsterdam !

That's the point I'm making, I can come in to any contest and cut weight 15lbs the previous 48 hours. I did it for wrestling, and to some extent BJJ competitions.

It is difficult to keep weight down when you are in front of the computer for X hours. I workout 2 hours every morning from 5:15 - 7:15. That is the best for me - I get it out of the way...

Hmm, well let's see since my last show, Costa Rica, I've lost almost 20lbs. Which for me is quite a lot I was at 150lbs and I'm 5'7".

My plan? Heh, drastic life change, insane stress and the party diet (out at least 5 or 6 days a week consuming all beverages listed above and forgetting to eat the next day). I really, really don't recommend it.

I've always been the kind of person that wanted to do it the good way with diet and exercise. Now I've been working on toning up cus my booty is all gone

The biggest question is: Why do you have to loose weight again? What went wrong?

Make a plan for life and stick with it. It is not hard at all when you get used to it. Loosing weight and then gaining again to do it all over again is actually really bad for you health, it is much better to keep it off for good!

you like to party=you get fat. it's not everyones problem but cutting out the booze and empty carbs changes everything for some.

i'm in for losing 2-3 inches from my waist. i don't even have a scale and not concerned about the number of pounds, just the loss of inches.
