If I don't get around to taking it right after I lift weights, I just include it in my second round of vitamins....

I don't overdose on zinc...I don't overdose on anything....Whenever you take zinc regularly, you have to take some copper because zinc is contraindicative of copper...Which is why I take copper.

Substitute another dose of L-Arginine in place of creatine before bed. You don't need creatine before bed. L-Arginine on the other hand is good to take before bed, when waking, and before a work out.

Well since this thread is old, I stopped taking creatine months ago because I was bloated....Now I just take all of my multivitamins and amino acids at night...My cumshots are still good, plus I recently just changed my diet and added ginseng to the mix so I'm horny all the time....I ran two miles on the track this morning and this summer, I'm working out with weights and cardio 5-6 times a week...

You might be overdoing it with the vitamins/minerals I would just take one premium "men's" multivitamin a day, those usually have higher levels of zinc/selenium/vitamin c/etc...

If you have some time, you should read this article (5 pages) about this guy who takes 80 to 210 vitamin and mineral supplements a day. Do you eat before bed when you take them? I always thought it was best to take pills with a meal so your body would digest and retain the minerals instead of pissing them out.
