I thought that initially, but I think he needs to do it sooner rather than later or the chance will pass. The domain's value is based on the perceived value of the type-ins and as more time passes it should be becoming apparent to everybody that the type-ins are not all that impressive.

From what I hear it was for sale for a while, he obviously came along and offered more money than anyone else had, he has had it for not even a year now. With his mental state it is very possibly he over paid for it because he channeled something that told him to buy it. So no one else was willing to pay as much as he did, and it's not like domains boomed over the last 6 -12 months.
