Ive never dealt with either one of these guys, but after this thread I would have no problems dealing with ACW. I mean really you got 105 post for FREE and you got your money back. WTF do you have to complain about. It might have cost you some time but you know you will be using all those post. Not to mention you got your money back, Now you can go buy the post you originally wanted from someone cheaper.
So as I see it you got 105 for free, a full refund (no proccessing fees), and you will probably go with another company that is cheaper anyways.
Why would you send an attachement in an email with a few hundred galleries, and not just the ones you wanted done? This confuses me, you talk about being professional, I consider this just plain lazy and unprofessional.
These people are running a business not a charity. If you had gone with any other company or person and this had happened I would bet you would have not gotten a refund.
You really should be thankful that they tried everything they could do to make you happy within common sense.

Like most of the posters here I will say this. I have worked personally with John for the last 4 years and he has never disapointed me. In fact, I have learned alot from him. The way he took his company and built it from the ground up to what it is today is amazing. This guy has pure writing talent.

To those of you who've felt it necessary to slander me in this thread, by calling me an idiot, greedy or a jerk, good luck to you. If you cannot partake in a thread without having to resort to name calling, then you're pretty pitiful.

In response to all of those who have defended John, as I have said repeatedly, I'm glad to hear that so many of you have had a good experience in using Adult Copywriters but the fact remains that AC fucked up and didn't keep their word with regards to how they were going to make good.

It's interesting, the general concensus appears to be, "Be happy with what you got" or "You're lucky you got what you did". I say bullshit. If someone fucks up and they make a commitment to make good then they should keep their commitment and if they don't intend to they should have that common decency to let the company or person know that they don't intend to. This fact is not in dispute and whilst lots have come to AC's defense, I belive there are many others who have read this and agree.

Iameros, you are not getting more free posts plus a refund. This is not the world of getting something for nothing. So many try and most fail. Even if John did offer you more free posts for a split second in time, I'm sure within a split second he realized that you did not deserve them at all. No one works for free and you got your money plus some free posts. Take a good, hard look and think about this. In business, when there is a dispute and a judge rules, typically the judge gives you enough to make you "whole" again. In other words, you don't profit from something, you are simply put back in the place before the problem occurred. In this case, you were given your money back PLUS you got free posts. You got a windfall. To expect more of a windfall is both unfair and a bit outrageous. If I were to believe your story and John did offer you more posts for a moment in time, I'm sure he realized within moments that you were undeserving of them. Just like in court, you were made whole plus you got a bit of a windfall. In a court system, you would get NO windfall. To expect more is just ludicrous and not realistic.

To better evaluate your analogy: the waitress makes a mistake, the owner decides to not charge you for the meal, and on top of that gives you a complimentary bottle of wine on the house, and still he wants to warn others to stay away.

The level of lowness that you are obviously willing to stoop to, to try and ruin someone's business, really disgusts me. A lot of BIG NAME people have come in here and said they've never had a problem with J Falcon's work. If they had a problem, I am sure they would have taken this guy out of the game. It's not hard for a person who's been in the industry for 25-100x the length of time that you've been here to sink someone who honestly screwed them over or did something they didn't like.

No one works for free and you got your money plus some free posts. You just sound like you're mad that John changed his mind over giving you additional free posts and you are stomping around like a baby about it. Let it go. You sound like one of those guys who enjoys a porn membership, downloads all of the content, and then charges back the membership. Just sayin'.... Honestly, I think John did the right thing. I am sure you are probably a nice guy but you just react strongly to not getting your way even after being generously compensated for all of your troubles. It sounds as if there was an honest mistake and you just can't let it go. I am sure that it sucked for you as far as how long it took to get the work and that you didn't get exactly what you wanted .However, what you were given in return for your troubles was more than fair. Take a good, hard look and think about this. In business, when there is a dispute and a judge rules, typically the judge gives you enough to make you "whole" again. In other words, you don't profit from something, you are simply put back in the place before the problem occurred. In this case, you were given your money back PLUS you got free posts. You got a windfall. To expect more of a windfall is both unfair and a bit outrageous. If I were to believe your story and John did offer you more posts for a moment in time, I'm sure he realized within moments that you were undeserving of them. Just like in court, you were made whole plus you got a bit of a windfall. In a court system, you would get NO windfall.
