and GFY admin, fyi-when I tried to log in to GFY mobile it routed me left field a bit before I could access. to clarify - I purposely shut down GayPornCenter to see 'what would happen' once it went down and no linking codes were active and 'nobody' had access.

Took less than 36 hours to receive certain emails from certain 'people' who were MIA for a long time. Pretty much wrapped it all up with a nice little bow.

I have a full plate in biz and in life and I was considering letting it go and taking another hit but the email threat of board action had me reconsider being 'nice' about this one. I saw what being so nice got me before...learned my six figure lesson.

So yea, actual board action sealed my decision. And only evidence I need to qualify for Eric is this statement posted earlier from him:

"Oh yes, using GPC email address. Apparently, that did happen a few times to people I email just about every day. It was still setup in my Outlook for awhile and when I dropped down the box to select an account I may have selected the wrong one. That account was removed when I was doing some maintenance."

Obviously, we have a lot more to the equation but I'm leaving that to my attorney unless someone cares to step up and clear up - It's not as scary as it may appear, I lived it. And I am much nicer when going that route.

Post REAL proof Lori. Post proof of me STEALING from you, which is what you are accusing. Don't say that me accidentally using an email account to send messages that had nothing to do with your business or your sites to people that I talk to on a regular basis is proof. That is called a mistake. Apparently, no bigger of a mistake than you forgetting to cancel the account.

BTW, fraud with the email account would be me emailing someone pretending like I was with GPC and had business to conduct on your or the sites behalf. Emailing my friends and close associates from the wrong address because it's one up from my "business personal account" in the drop box in Outlook hardly constitutes fraud.

Jesse - the rules of GFY are that I post evidence of something - using an email account intentional or not constitutes evidence you are utilizing what does not belong to you. I didn't shut you out for a reason - as stated in my previous posts, we had footwork to do so shutting you and another out would have hindered our efforts so I just let it ride. Not to mention that you owe me money from our other 'partnership' - you know the one - I did my footwork in other areas too. And that took time and therefore took time away from deals but I got the info I needed.

All other proof will be sent directly to all parties.

Oh and if I had a nickel for every time someone said something about me or slammed me, well then that would have me retired by now. I think many of us would be retired by now if one values their business by and gets paid out from drama and time wasting threads like this.

At the end of the day...the deals are rolling again and the dollars are flowing again for those that are rolling with TAB and The Mobile Broker. That is all that matters and that is my priority. TIME=MONEY.

I've already been through the tsunami and walked through fire so rumors, perception and gossip hold no court in my life anymore - have fun with them.

Maybe take a cue from that and get through your own issues and recurring storyline of being a victim and get power around your illness - I walk that same path with Chron's disease as you well know - I have for 34 years - and we had many conversations about that and I guided you in your personal life and took time to walk you through your pain - the very pain and hospital situations and surgeries that I have lived all these years. Difference is---I finally got power around it all, took back my life, stopped letting it control my life, but most of all, I NEVER played into so much as to become a victim and use it as a business angle. I mentioned in my wipe out thread in December...all these years in business NOBODY knew what I deal with health wise - because I still ROSE UP and performed and conducted business. I SHOWED UP in business while in a hospital bed, I SHOWED UP at shows straight out of a hospital bed, I returned to hospital beds right AFTER SHOWS.

I do what it takes to stand up, and when I couldn't get up - I revealed it once, not day after day after day, post after post after post.

And here I am again - I ROSE again. So perhaps consider who YOU ARE BEING that keeps you in this vicious cycle of drama - drama that is the very thing that feeds your illness to stay alive and strong. Just stating that he used an internal email address is not posting proof. You're spewing a lot of drivel and providing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING IN THE WAY OF PROOF to back up your claims.

Lori has always had a really stellar reputation. I've never worked with Lori, I have only met her briefly at shows but can say that people who have worked with her have relayed to me personally that they think nothing but the best of her and the services she provides. It's great to see her making a comeback, I wish nothing but the best for you, babe.

That being said, it's not right to accuse someone of theft and not show anything to back that up. Also, I really don't think he's using his illness as a business angle here. It's only being thrown into the mix to explain why an amount that some of us would shrug off has become so important to him, which is something that shouldn't have to be done. When you're owed money you are owed money, but as you can see by the sidebar comments between him and Dave sometimes knowing the dire straits of someone's situation puts their actions in a different light. I don't see it as being any different than when you discussed your illness months ago to let everyone know the severity of your personal situation.

If a job has been done someone should be paid for it, end of story. Two wrongs don't make a right and the "wrongs" that were committed on his part, if they did happen, weren't discovered for months and months after he should have been paid for the work he completed. Really what I'm getting reading through everything is someone did a job but only got paid for half the work, then was strung along for months about the other half of the payment only to find out you're not going to pay them because you suspect there may have been some shady shit going on.

If this situation does go to a lawyer, probably the first thing they are going to recommend you do is settle the remaining balance on the invoice for the work completed, otherwise you'll both be viewed as delinquent in the eyes of the judge / mediator. Also if this does go to court you will need more than showing he had access to an email account to prove he ilegally profited from the project and stole from your business. That won't hold up in a court of law and I will be surprised if it holds up in the court of GFY.

It's not my place to say whether the situation has been handled appropriately by Lori, but for all it's worth I've only dealt with her briefly, trusted her with my money and was pleasantly satisfied with my dealings with her. She's good people as far as I'm concerned.

I am also no responding to Lori anymore.

I realized she was off her rocker when she was begging for donations here to give her daughter a Christmas when she is such a proud jew. In fact, one of the reasons she gave me for increasingly not being around at the end was that she was celebrating the jewish holidays (all the one's that fall in October).

Wasn't going to bring the kid into the thread except she likes to use the kid as a pawn (notice how she rarely mentions a kid unless things are bad and she needs sympathy).

I'm reviewing things that were put into my lap last night (all public information it turns out) and it seems to be a recurring theme.

. On the brightside I have a chance of someday making a full recovery while my friends with Crohns will have to manage and fight flares forever.

I like the idea of having a club though

It can be some rough shit to go through. If anyone ever wants to vent, seriously, ICQ me anytime. When I was in the thick of it I withdrew, I didn't want to talk to anyone about it, I kinda shut out and shut down. I tried my best to cover it up as best I could and didnt want people to see how weak I was or let them know how serious things got. I think that was a mistake, I missed out on alot of support during the time in my life when I needed it the most.

I've never worked with Lori, I have only met her briefly at shows but can say that people who have worked with her have relayed to me personally that they think nothing but the best of her and the services she provides. Also, I really don't think he's using his illness as a business angle here. It's only being thrown into the mix to explain why an amount that some of us would shrug off has become so important to him, which is something that shouldn't have to be done. When you're owed money you are owed money, but as you can see by the sidebar comments between him and Dave sometimes knowing the dire straits of someone's situation puts their actions in a different light. I don't see it as being any different than when you discussed your illness months ago to let everyone know the severity of your personal situation. If a job has been done someone should be paid for it, end of story. Two wrongs don't make a right and the "wrongs" that were committed on his part, if they did happen, weren't discovered for months and months after he should have been paid for the work he completed. Really what I'm getting reading through everything is someone did a job but only got paid for half the work, then was strung along for months about the other half of the payment only to find out you're not going to pay them because you suspect there may have been some shady shit going on. If this situation does go to a lawyer, probably the first thing they are going to recommend you do is settle the remaining balance on the invoice for the work completed, otherwise you'll both be viewed as delinquent in the eyes of the judge / mediator. Also if this does go to court you will need more than showing he had access to an email account to prove he ilegally profited from the project and stole from your business.
