It's ridiculous that one of the few things he said was basically not to contact anyone else regarding them having your money, especially not Mr. Elias. "funds are in motion" = the adult industry version of "consequences will never be the same"...I don't care what happens from here on out, but when people don't have access to their money, that line should have NEVER seen the light of day from Epass. Even if access is back in the next week or two, they're never going to live that down and regain the trust of a vast majority of the people using them.

In September 2010 epassporte ( aka epassporte.com ) an internet payment system who's ceo is CHRIS MALLICK and managing director is GREGORY ELIAS stopped giving thousands of users including myself access to our funds. To this date none of the money has been returned , nor has any satisfactory explanation been given. Chris mallick and Gregory Elias continue to live " high on the hog" while the people who trusted them with their money are left broke, with some unable to buy basic essentials such as toilet paper.

You either update people or give them their money back. I'm sure the guy doesn't care about ACH or wires that are going out, he just cares about HIS money and he's getting no updates where that is. At least with another company something happens and you get updates, it's been 20 days and we've gotten no updates at all that we didn't have on day 1.

Until then there's no reason to defend ePassporte - no one cares - just show us the money/card functionality or at least some sort of real update. Otherwise all the defending and going on about how sure you are the money is coming back doesn't mean anything.

What did ePassporte do TODAY to try to sort this problem out. That would help...and even if TODAY isn't good maybe this week? How about the past 20 days? What at all did ePassporte do except have meetings? I have meetings every day. Some of them are to smoke joints. What are the meetings you guys are having? I meet with friends. Were your funds that you got via wire in your VV? Of course they weren't. Well some people have 6-figures of money in their VV with absolutely no way to get it, and no answer after 20 days other than "funds are in motion", whatever the hell that was supposed to mean. That's what it's called when you take something that is rightfully someone elses and refuse to give it back or failing that refuse to give an answer as to why you can't give it back. 'We just can't' doesn't suffice. Money in motion doesn't suffice. A real answer does. Until then there's no reason to defend ePassporte - no one cares - just show us the money/card functionality or at least some sort of real update. Otherwise all the defending and going on about how sure you are the money is coming back doesn't mean anything.

What did ePassporte do TODAY to try to sort this problem out. That would help...and even if TODAY isn't good maybe this week? How about the past 20 days? What at all did ePassporte do except have meetings? I have meetings every day. Some of them are to smoke joints. What are the meetings you guys are having? I meet with friends. Who did you guys meet with?

Right now, the only way to load epass is via US checking account.

Actually, it would be a way to save their business. Make all US customers happy - screw all the international guys.

The money has still not left our epass account.
