I would suggest emailing Epass support with your questions on an hourly, daily or whatever bases, CCíng those addresses. That way they all get a taste of how many are waiting. Right now they have taken notice of the fact. Experiencing the fact is another story. You can't take their cash, but you sure can kill their email functionality that way. Just mail support and CC Christy Barnes<[email protected]>, Christy Taylor<[email protected]>, Chris Mallick <[email protected]> And Of course Mr Elias ![]() You could even combine this with calls to the Bank. All you need to apply pressure right here in one thread. USE IT!

from another board
I work for a PCI (credit card security) auditor, and think the elephant in the room that nobody?s talking about is how ePassporte stores card data. I checked the Visa list of PCI compliant companies (http://usa.visa.com/download/merchan...-providers.pdf) and I can?t find ePassporte or any of these other related companies on the list. ePassporte would need to pass an annual third party security audit since it looks like it runs the back-end for its cards and bills users? credit cards to load accounts. This could explain why they were shut down so suddenly. I can?t imagine Visa would allow the cards to be re-activated until it has passed a PCI audit.

Pretty arrogant comments from Michael, telling people to be quite when all they want are some answers as to whats going on with their money. Epass would be dead without you Michael and I think in all my experience with you, you are awesome, but you need to seriously rethink those comments. |

Anybody know the feeling of knowing what's going on, but not being able to respond and tell the others while they are having a go at the situation? THAT'S what he is feeling at this very moment most likely. Therefore I'd say go easy on the guy, he can't be blamed for more then a poor choice of company to work for. However, do your worst calling St Kitts bank and keep mailing support with the CC's to the mentioned addresses in this thread. Let the true culprits feel the heat for a change.

So please enlighten me, how people vocalizing their distress to the parties that be would result in less of a chance of them getting their funds? Your statement makes this issue and entirely new ballgame. So Michael, who exactly, who has control over the VV funds wants everyone to shut up or they may not get their money back? Mallick? St. Kitts? Ellis? Please share your insight. |

I believe the amount of time that has passed is significant. When something first happens, the bells and whistles blow and everyone runs around like chickens with their heads cut off trying to solve it. If it is a minor issues, a few days or a week later they are back on their feet ready to go. Once 2, 3, 4 weeks pass and not only are things not restored, but you are not getting progress reports etc. you begin to understand that there is a good chance the issues will never be resolved. Meetings are no longer all day every day but become "have your lawyers hit up my lawyers" and well then it becomes months, even years or never. |

Very true and expected. When Visa pulls a plug(No matter by request or on its own) there usually is no quick fix.
However, its that same Visa who provides at least some security and adheres to laws regarding the issue, which makes it a pretty sure bet that you will get your money back. People may care or not but it really only is Epass's life on the line here.

Oh no. Though there is a great deal of sense in what you are saying, you don't get it completely. Indeed we cannot do anything to resolve this situation. And for now I would prefer to stay silent and let them time and space to try to resolve it themselves. But if at the end my money are not returned I will do anything to make it so that when you search any of the involved names in google you get tens of pages saying they are thieves and failures. They are all business people. And business is about reputation. No one will ever want to deal again with people with reputation like that. And Mallick is not just epassporte. He is involved in many other business activities. If I don't get the money, we'll see who is a hostage of who. I may be hostage for now, but I will survive, those are not my last money. I can be hostage for couple of months more, it's OK. But then if I don't get the money they will be my "information" hostages for the rest of their lives.

It's not a quantum physics, really. You toss accusations here and there and someone might want to put Epass under major investigation. FBI or FTC for example. All their accounts will be frozen for years while bureaucracy is working slowly. Investigations like that can last 1-2-3 years. And NO ONE will be able to get their money out of Epass until it's finished and judgement is issued. It's just the way the system works.

You're probably better off contacting authorities. Not sure who handles this, but District Attorneys are a good start. Truth is that they have a lot of money of peoples and no answers. Annoying them with e-mails and phone calls won't do squat. Make it so these guys can't step foot in the country without being met by some Marshals.

perhaps michael might wanna change his previous statement "If ePassporte were running with your money do you think we would do Original Credits, ACHs and wires?"
Now that you no longer do original credit, wires or ach , are we still supposed to stay silent ? even your boss now suggests we start making phone calls ?

It seems like the emails worked.
My wire has now been deducted from the Epass Wallet balance. I will let you know if the money shows up at my bank.

yeah i know him. know christy his assistant too. she's a ditz from the inland empire with a speech impediment who just wanted to travel with the fast and furious. she's married to some investment banker and lives in manhattan beach. mallick's a scumbag. his movie sucked. i want the 9 bucks back i paid for watching it. such masturbatory bullshit. the "partners" in the movie are nothing like that in real life. and does mallick look like luke wilson? hahaha big fucking joke! he looks more like an arab jackie gleason in real life. any porn star that would find him attractive needs the cash in his wallet to pay for her blow. no chick would be attracted to that douchebag. he's got tons of cash buried in some offshore account. i saw christy once at a wells fargo on washington in marina del rey standing at the teller window dumping the cash through the bulletproof glass to wire out of the country. good luck getting your money back. you'll never see it again. IMO.

Google 'Christopher Mallick' and look at the new paid for Ad.
The Mallick information sites must be taking a hit on his reputation. That is some serious whitewashing. "Christopher Mallick began his professional career in business, where he launched multiple billing service companies including one of the Internet?s first third party billing services. Upon transitioning into the Hollywood film industry.." "Osama Bin Laden was born in Saudi Arabia where he managed his fathers construction holdings. Upon transitioning to taking long walks in his compound..." |

When I Google his name, all I get is some shitty Forbes article that was obviously written by an amateur.
http://www.forbes.com/forbes/2001/0917/068_print.html Then I realized, I no longer see any Google ads on search results whatsoever. WTF. Not that I'm complaining, but where did they go? There's none anymore.
