It's a no-win situation. If you let people just make shit up without responding, others may believe it, and that's how rumors get started. It's been a while since we've had an actual update. I'd be willing to be that he's still sitting there.

Donny's mother took down his Facebook page which was the primary source of information for us. However, now it seems I have a direct line to someone in the know.....

Donny's hearing did not go well, his bail was not reduced, it's still set at $500k, he is still in jail, and the DA mentioned "further victims" again during the bail hearing.

We won't have much more information until this goes to trial.
