Because what Chow and I found out was... they own the super highway AND a fleet of steamrollers. will76, as gideon pointed out... if he hides in a country and does not follow DMCA, he loses safe harbor, and I can sue him. If he follows DMCA, I really do not care since then I can get all the content removed...

U dont even need Idians to do it. I quickly found out by the amount of videos being submitted by users on a tube which i used to own. If you have a social tube site it very quickly picks up momentum and gets listed very quickly in places like the OV Guide, vidohe.com, fileshare.ws (now shutdown lol) and a load of other places. Sufers want the tubes and there is nothing nobody can do about it
