It's a tube script, the video has to be approved and published. So they are totally full of shit that someone doesn't moderate it, otherwise it would be full of CP, beast, rape and everything else, like it was not too long ago.

Like you said, load a dog shitting video and see how quickly they moderate it.

We know motherless.com well and copyright infringement isn't the only problem with that site.

Although motherless.com has cleaned up it's act a little, there are still significant problems with the site.

I remember visiting motherless because I had to use Erasur on my temporary internet files scared that the police were going to drag me off as a nonce.

I always report CP to the FBI/SOCA when I see it online. At least then I'd have some sort of defence.

The CP makes it hard for me to scan the site looking for copyright violations though.

I think there is a big difference between "finding" CP-content or "searching" it.

So you report cp to the fbi every time you see it? Uhm....what sites do you visit? I never have this problem. I mean really never.
Nice way to put yourself on the radar by reporting it every time.

Bumping for the Crocko.com pay pal termination and because 2013 is a new year, with more work to do on this.

AdultKing 01-02-2013 04:23 PM

Now that Paypal have terminated Crocko.com we are working through all of the Crocko.com resellers killing off any payment processing facilities we can.

http://stopfilelockers.com/crocko-co...ers-to-follow/

In the meantime we are fund raising again, if you can afford to send us a contribution then please consider helping us out, we've set a target of $10,000 which is only a small percentage of the cost of our operations.

We've placed a new chip in widget on Stop File Lockers http://stopfilelockers.com

We also have a Paxum account which is [email protected]

Thank you everyone for your support in 2012, we expect 2013 will bring even more success with your help.

Hotfile is the current issue I am working on and dedicating a huge amount of time on it.

Hotfile has many problems, copyright infringement, what appears to be illegal content and an affiliate system supporting the upload of infringing and illegal content.

I have made it clear to Paypal that they would not have long before I started to become very vocal about the Hotfile problem.

Best educated guess. What percentage of Paypal's sales do you think come from file lockers?

Don't get me wrong this isn't a daily occurrence.

I've come across CP online about 4 times, the worst being on 4chan which I reported to the site admin.

A different message board that was clearly not giving a fuck whilst sharing warez and they got reported to their host at first (who did fuck all) and eventually the FBI who had the site shut down.

Not really on the radar unless they got my details from my IP address. You just submit the link with a description of where it is and that's it.

You telling me if you seen CP online you would do nothing?

Read back a few days, Paypal has just shut down Crocko.

We're working on developing our case against Hotfile, however as you may or may not be aware, Hotfile has been involved in litigation over recent times - this plays into how various third parties respond.

FingerPrinter 01-07-2013 07:12 AM

Please put some pressure on asfile.com and luckyshare.net if you can... both are piece of shit services that take longer to respond to dmca and simply rename files

FingerPrinter 01-07-2013 07:16 AM

Just donated the first 200$ on your new chipin button  it's the 3rd donation I've made.

Hey buddy! You know - I have always been a fan of you.
Just curious - is there a way to get you on tubes? You are the only Man here who can mess with them. They depend on hosting, registrar and traffic brokers (especially medium size tubes). What about a strike with some of your "Peacekeeper" rockets?

Funny the whole worldwide anti pirate effort depends on an australian guy's free time :)

Anyway to go against bad tubes you have simply to cut their advertising sources, they rely simply on that. Just an hint from a guy who buy traffic from them :)

MrDeiz 01-07-2013 11:01 AM

One Australian guy can change the whole industry those days)

FingerPrinter 01-07-2013 12:22 PM

Just realized that the new donation bar has been up since the 2nd of January yet no one else has donated yet besides me... interesting... I know a handful of people DO give generously to this service, even when it's worth more than a 200$ donation.... But it seems like the rest of the shmucks on GFY are just that, what they've always been, a bunch of jabbering shmucks (Like forum spamming cross dressing baffoons SallyRand/AdultPornMasta/CT-Content/etc... Conspiracy driven lunatics, literal fucking cunt lunatic SwirlsGirl/etc :1orglaugh ) Of course that dumb bitch is too busy looking at her "form submissions" and analyzing why CCBill doesn't convert well based off of ridiculous shave theories instead of worrying about things that matter :1orglaugh

Let's get the donations going! If you put out content online that gets pirated regularly by filelockers DONATE to this cause. It's been about half a year now and it's proven useful, just imagine how much more your content would be splattered around if it wasn't for AdultKing and this campaign.

To go after any kind of site we need rights holders to help us by sending us copies of their DMCA notices.

We receive very few notices relating to tubes, most of them relate to file lockers, forums, image hosting sites, torrents.

Several people have sent us copies of DMCA's for Motherless.com which we have already acted on by having an associated Paypal account shut down, we're also working on another form of mitigation against Motherless which we'll report on when complete.

Don't forget the volunteers without whom this effort would be much less successful.

To go against bad tubes we need evidence of infringement, I'd ask rights holders to send us copies of their DMCA's so we can start developing cases against sites that repeatedly offend.

This project lives or dies by the support it receives. What we do is very expensive, it costs us around $3200 per month just to keep the basics going, if we need to use our legal team then it costs a whole lot more.

Every dollar we receive helps us keep going just that little bit longer, if we run out of funds this effort ends.

To everyone else: honest affiliates and original content producers, seriously consider a donation in order to preserve this campaign and everything it has done to thwart copyright infringement services.

AdultKing 01-08-2013 03:25 PM

Thank you to everyone who has made a contribution, every dollar helps us keep up this fight.

We have started to remove alternative avenues for file lockers to monetize.

We have received an undertaking that eBay will no longer be a suitable venue for file locker resellers.

We are putting a lot of work into disrupting the activities of a reseller site called DOWNLOADNOLIMIT and soon we expect this site to have difficulty with processing payments.

Hotfile remains an active target and we're furthering our case for them to lose payment processing.

Also Plugrush and Exoclick all over the site.

We've reported it to both networks.

This user and his website have been banned. His widget still works, but the hits are NOT counted.

Luckyshare are the worst of the worst, I had a meeting today where they were one of the main talking points. Unfortunately there is no quick fix available at present, I've been using your DMCAs and those of other rights holders to build out case.

Surely you can disable widgets ? It would be a better deterrent to do so as to outside observers they still seem to be using Plugrush.
