Maybe you guys talked about this before in that case sorry about the stupid question, but here it is: if I send traffic directly to my chaturbate whitelabel 'cams.mydomain.com/model' then it doesnt shows up in the stats breakdown under campaigns/whitelabels but under my main default campaign.. any reason for that?

Hey guys, so this is what happened recently.
As I wrote above, I have submitted 8 user IDs to the support team, as I was suspecting that they were stolen from me. The good old model trick, where they ask high-paying users to create new accounts under their affiliate code. It's been more than 2 weeks, and today, I finally received an answer. They were able to return 4 users out of 8, along with the revenue as well. Here's the answer from the support team Quote:

For all those 0.00 transactions, it seems my tool is not responsible, as it appears in the CSV too. Could be some kind of credit card verification that trigger the spending of 0? That my only guess.
So far it leads to no downtrend... except the eternal MobileVRXXX that seems to lose revenues every week for years yet still above 0 :D |

Simply use the following tool cb-stats.com and look for users in the "Top 30 spenders of all time". Make sure to include the User IDs and ask for assistance. Say that you suspect that the users were stolen from you. They will help for sure.
