Is it easy to add tag pages in roboscripts? Using it to promote chaturbate and just want category/tag pages but scared to mess with the script incase it breaks it

Tag pages are generated auto and included in Yoast sitemap.

I do not use roboscripts so I am not sure which grey CB logo you are talking about.

On Chaturbate itself and through the api you sometimes see a grey box. That is usually when the model has already signed off but the system has not removed the cam from the listing yet.

This is what the one chaturbate puts out looks like:

I have tried to figure out ways to block those models from my sites and have not come up with anything really useful.

The images are served up by chaturbate's cdn (highmedia.com). The image name is the model name whether it is a good image or the grey box.

The only way I could see to block it would be to:

1. Save a copy of the grey box image to get it's filesize. 21,971 bytes.

2. As you process through the cam list, pull the data for each image over to the server.

3. Examine the image to see if it matched the file size of the grey box and skip that cam if it does.

This would mean that for every cam, every time you load it, you would be pulling in the image. This is a large amount of overhead. It would slow the api load considerably and it still would not 100% fix the issue as an image could change between when you pull it in and when you display that cam data.

It also would mean that you might skip good images that match the file size exactly.

Now, if roboscripts is doing something where they are producing their own image then what I wrote above does not pertain to it at all.

One additional note on the roboscripts discussion:

If you can decrease the amount of time between api pulls then your data should be fresher and would cut down on the number of the grey images you will see I would think.

As I said earlier, I do not use roboscripts so I cannot tell you where to look for the timing on the api pull.

If it using cron then you might be able to change it there or it could be a variable in a settings file.

This is the grey logo yes. You see it when a model just logged out, when the "performer is away" and when the performer is in "private session"

The way you describe to get rid of it is in my opinion the same as you said. Takes too long time and is imo not filtering out 100%.

What i alrdy mentioned, there is a little piece of code for the Roboscript to get rid of it, someone told me that, but he also don't have it.

It also shows up other times when the model is online and available.

Saw this a bit ago on the shemale page of camfoxes. Model is online but is showing the greay image as the pic image. At least 20 minutes or so at this point that I know of.

That's really strange, but there are more things "strange" at CB. Today it looks like they have hit the brake on the hits registration, i have around 20% from a normal day now.

I think the API only returns online models, so it would not make any difference. I call the API V1 once every 1 minute, and it has been running since 2014 without problems. Very seldom seeing any grey pictures.

I explained this before somewhere on GFY. 5 mins call is enough. You just need to check image on client side if it's the grey logo image then hide it.

I just bought the Mechbunny script and I am pretty impressed. It's fast with low load and it was easy to get the template looking pretty much the way I wanted. There are more options than the old Robo script for modification.

If you are only doing Chaturbate there were some great code examples posted by Sarettah a while back.

All you have to do is enter your WL domain in the API area.

Edit API - Chaturbate. There is a field for the white label there.

I can't figure out how to change the tracking from "default" to a unique identifier for Chaturbate.

Did your situation get better? Unfortunately for me its still bad. I've actually never had such a period as bad as this one :(.

I don't like complaining too much for the sake of complaining. For a couple of years I'd normally get a payout every period. Steady traffic, steady sign ups, steady sales.

Changed nothing.

I haven't gotten a payment since September. I'm not blaming CB at all as I have no clue what's going on but it's clear something is. Maybe spending patterns, recession, a change in how surfers see chat platforms, or just bad luck for a time which will hopefully correct itself.
