Still no payment mail from CB... More people with this?

I got an email saying they did my ach yesterday at around 3:00pm cst.

Just found 2 indentical payment mails in my mailbox with a difference of 2 hours, they are late this period.

I have resend it on monday 16 and again om wednesday 18... Our whole mail conversation.

Is anyone else finding there is a problem with the signup pages on white labels? The header is all wrong and the logo is truncated so that the branding is lost.

For example if you have yourwhitelabel.com and the signup page is at yourwhitelabel.com/accounts/register/ does the header look corrupted?

And it's not alone signups, hits here are going up and down by the day, that's normal, but not with around 80% up or down

I know technically the window for chargeback is big, but how long before you consider your earnings "safe"?

I just landed my first real whale but there's a part of that worries a chargeback might come in the near future.

Also, if a chargeback comes after payment, how does Chaturbate recover the money from you? Deductions from future earnings?

If we all mail support about this, then hopefully CB correct it fast.

For me, sign-ups are fairly the same 5-10% difference is normal.

What worries me is that Last 17 days I don't have a new spender, not a single one and on average I get 25 new spenders a month

Multiple days of that is even more joyous :thumbsup:thumbsup

I still have the idea that the hit/reg system is not working correct.

Today for instance (random choosen numbers): The first 2 hours 100 hits, 15 mins later 400 hits, again 15 minutes later 900 hits, 3 hours later 950 hits. Or 1-2 hours not 1 hit.
Between raw and unique not much difference.

On the moment the same happens, in 3 hours 6 hits.... Impossible!

Maybe some reporting lag, its ok as long as all the hits for the day gets reported.

My stats for yesterday have just changed so I think there is a sizeable lag in reporting at the moment.

I am not convinced that the CB systems for hits/regs are working good

Around 50% drop in revenue this month for me as well, this period is even lower, not thrilled. My overall site traffic stats show HIGHER for May.... A few hard link buyers dropped out also. Ugh.

Has anyone found a solution to the iframe promotion tool? Ever since it was blocked by chrome for being resource hungry it has become useless. This was my fav and most successful promo tool due to it embedded cookies.

Is it only me or CB deleting whales from our affiliate accounts? Every time someone spends few thousand $ within a month, he disappears forever. And no matter, if he was long time inactive before or an active spender last 5 years or registered 3 weeks ago. Every time users spend a lot of money in a short time, they disappear. Do you have the same situation :mad:

I contacted affiliate support and got the typical copy and paste answer.

How many people you have send to CB?

With the bigger numbers those issues seem to disappear as most of the time they are only in our head

How do you track users and/or whales you've referred?

You may have the ability to track their IP through an entry point or via posts on a forum etc. In our case we had a few pay sites with existing users and forums that went over to cams so there is some communication with users.

We are in the process of composing "the letter". It's an extremely flawed system that allowed this to happen and has not been corrected yet.

Personally, I believe 2 000 Free regs is a too-small sample.

If your numbers are anything like mine you`ll have around 20 spenders and probably 1-2 whales ( on top of that the Whales term is quite questionable, for me a whale is someone spending 5k + a month and for others it is someone spending in excess of 1000$ a day )
