I can't understand how you can make money with their shitty promo tools

All you need is your affiliate link. Making money depends on the product and the way you sell.
Promotools offered are just a timesaver at best.
You can make pretty much any promotool you want yourself

With this design of site I would get near to zero regs.

Compared to the same period last year, registrations and revenue are down. I'm not giving up on CB, maybe I'll have to create a new account.

Chaturbate decent here, but some other programs not so much

For years my ratio was under :
- 1 Free Registrations / 1500 unique hits (2021 was less good with 2600)

This months my ratio is :
- 1 Free Registrations / 4000 unique hits (this week its 1/7000)

I send the same amount of traffic, same source too.

edit: when I look at all 2022 I still have a ratio of 2100 unique/free reg

For comparison, what's a decent conversion rate? I've generated 1 signup per 700 visits, on average, over the past 22 months. Last year, 1 signup per 500 visits. YTD: 1 signup per 700 visits.

A common mistake is to compare your ratios with other people.

Not all traffic is equal. Some convert 1:15 while others convert 1:5000.
Focus on determining which segment of your traffic SPENDS and focus on acquiring more of it.
