Why would they? I don't want to defend them, some of their competition is even more shady from our perspective, but when looking at CB as a business then don't forget that affiliate marketing is a low-effort method to grow the business. They basically don't need us anymore, even with strong competition like OF, then why would they allocate any resources to support us? :disgust

professionalism, courtesy, decency, kindness, brand image, legacy, ... take your pick.

One of the sponsors I work with answers me within the hour if I need to and they are polite and super efficient. There is no excuse for poor customer service.

cb has been rock solid when it comes to payments as well as making the site very lively. As per support, I have had mixed experiences from good to very bad.

(we are firing two affiliate managers and hiring one media buyer)
is the reason why the models of former top programs

I am starting to lose patience.

Waiting for a month when things are normal is annoying but you can live with it.

But now I am seeing stuff digging deeper in my stats that seems rather unusual and there was someone else here mentioning the same thing.

For 6 months no new spender has spent more than 500$ I have people stopping at 490 or 480, but no one has gone over this number.

People that have been active for 5-6 years are dormant all of a sudden ( Yes I know it happens but I have been comparing month to month and year to year and the % are simply incomparable.

I don't claim they are doing anything, I know there is a fall pretty much everywhere but not responding in that time is just horrendous.

I have gone over all of the last 6 months' new spenders, and not a single one has a total amount of more than $500 which is super weird.

Out of the blue there, i just got a reply. Affiliate put back under my name and also any money i would have earned gave back to me

Jeez. It seems that to make money with CB we have to constantly monitor our spenders, then contact support, then wait for a reply and then hope they give them back to us.

And then hope they aren't taken away again. There's been a few posts like this lately and that's not good.

Open the .js file from the promo tools/popup area then copy the code, then take out the two ;amp from the url, or just paste in your own url from the link codes page. Then use inline on your site or create a new .js file and use that.

Return 3 people and gave me back the money from those accounts.

It was slow but still a good job.

We don't have to go through this but still better than expected.

Exactly. I don't get why this seems to be accepted practice in this thread. To continually chase your money down and 'hope' they actually give it to you.

I'm not accusing CB of this as I have no idea if it's happening within my account so I want to make that clear. But from the many reports in this thread I don't know why most are not outraged instead of just accepting that this is now how they will conduct their business from now on.

Personally I'm kind of grateful that i got the money i would have earned from them back, as well as now getting my 20% on what they spend going forward. Its better than thinking some model just stole them and that was the end of it. You have a valid point though, we shouldn't have to do this in the first place

Ive had over 10 refunds, after they got pointed back to my account none of them spent $1 ever again so I did not see the 20% profits. Let us know if they spend again on your account, As for me my spenders created a new account and spent $1000s but as soon as they got pointed back to my account they spent $0.

I think it's about time CB inserts a little script on signup, that when someone makes an account and fills in his card/banknumber or so, that the script checks if it is alrdy on another account, and then move it to the existing account or say that it's already in use. This wil save a lot of work for CB and us.

When i want to make an account for instance on Google with my registered mailadres i also get a warning that it's alrdy in use.
