My simple cure for those morbidly obese people like me weighing 600+lbs... (No Exercise Required)

Just put us in a medically induced coma for 6 months and feed us very few calories - Just enough to keep us alive. We will wake up 6 months later perfectly slim, however to us, it will be instantaneous. We will just feel that we have had a nice nap...

OK, it sounds dangerous, but being morbidly obese is more dangerous. Expensive to do? Perhaps, but a lot less expense than dealing with all the complications of being overweight.

Infact, if this caught on, you could have 'hospitals' (converted warehouses) FULL to the brim with fatties, all being monitored by just a few medical staff. The more people in comas the less it costs! It actually becomes cost efficient !

Nothing could possibly go wrong, and if it did, you'd never know about it! You'd already be in a coma anyway ! WIN/WIN !!!

I was always skinny until I quit smoking. I shot up to 275 lbs. (I am 5'11".) Now I am down to 220 lbs - 225 lbs and still overweight. It's something I struggle with every day.

It won't change until you start eating smarter. I know exercise isn't the issue in your case...you're active. Do a month clean&strict. Lean meats, complex carbs only, vegetables and fruits, no bread, no sugar, healthy oils paired with balanced portion control. By the end of the month your body will have adjusted to many of the dietary changes...and you can ease into month two by following the same regimen 80% of the time. It's all diet. Even at your age you should be moving weights not doing 60 mile bike rides.

Long cardio sessions and no weights turn you into a skinnier version of your fat self.

Use diet for fat loss, not cardio and lift weights.

But where does all that fat go? It must go somewhere. If we could tap into that then we could use it as an energy source. So not only would we be making people healthier, we'd get free energy to power people's homes too.

It works. I lost one hundred pounds in three years when in a coma. Feeding tube gave me nutrients and kept me alive.

But, assholes didn’t care that I was type 2 diabetic. Awoke to needles going into my belly daily. Blood sugar of 190. Demanded my daily pill instead of insulin and pull the sugar-laden bag of feed and get me no-sugar nutrients. In two weeks it dropped to under 100.

Six months won’t get you skinny. Two years should get you down to 300 lbs or so.

Have your jaw wired but realize that you can’t throw up. Medical coma but no exercise means no muscle retention. Gastric bypass but you can still eat bad food.

Exercise and diet. Small steps lead to bigger steps. Make sure you’re motivated to live longer.

Or, just eat poop with vitamins. Chocolate shake!

im 6ft 102 kgs....so like 228 or something.
I am in the gym 4-5 times a week, strong as fuck. Just hard to drop 5-6kgs because i do not like to give up on the foods i eat. Will be easier once i am back in Canada as i live in the country side. Here in Korea, food is 30 seconds away or the push of a button.
I will need to prepare what i eat at home. Not saying Korean food is un healthy, it is the culture....it is almost non stop eating.

Yeah, i always found the exercise part easy, but discipline with eating has always been an issue. I have nutrition and diet down, better than just about anyone, but following it is a tougher one.

I find intermittent fasting is the easiest way to control things though. Less restrictive, plus if you revert for a day or two you can just jump back in without issues. Keto was a pain trying to maintain. It's the most effective but very unrealistic to do for extended periods.
