People like me are dangerous? How is that? What control do I have over the situation? What difference does it make what I fucking think about the situation? Is your money any more or less secure because I said fuck epass?

I didn't give up, I still have slim hope that I'll see my money again. I can just see the writing on the wall, I see which way the wind is blowing, and I really really fucking doubt anyone is going to get their money back.

So yeah, Fuck Epass

I think he meant that it is dangerous to spread panic like that. Also I would like to mention that for some people 500$ is a lot of money, and for some 10k is pocket change.

You dont find it unacceptable that a statement was given supposedly signed by the owner of the company yet it's clear he didnt actually write it?

What if the statement was something along the lines of...

"I have my thumb firmly wedged up my ass and Michael is currently drunk. Thank yous" signed C Mallick "for" Epassporte.

Because technically that is an "update". Would that work for you or would you still be playing semantics?

When people see comments like: "Our money is gone, we are fucked, nothing to do, lets find an alternative" they understand they can just SCAM/RIP people like you who behave like suckers (sorry).

See how many companies rip off webmasters/affiliates latley, and replies like you just give them more motivation to do it.
Alot of scammers (not epass) see your comments and LAUGH.

I still have faith that epass will pull through despite all the negative comments. Every email I have wrote to Michael O has been responded to. So I am going to continue to stay positive and hope I will receive my funds.

90% of the big players dont even post here. All the people who post here hold ALL TOGETHER less then 5% of the epassporte money. And yes, you can include the guy with the 200k on his vv

Because it was my understanding that Chris Mallick wasnt moonlighting as a Filipino chatter.

You seriously read over this second statement and believe it was written by the CEO of a multi-million dollar corporation embroiled in a PR nightmare?

If that's how you took my statement, sorry. Why don't you fucking sue epass then? Because I didn't lose enough to make paying a lawyer worth it.

As far as laying down and letting scammers walk all over me? Haha, not gonna fucking happen.

I've never been scammed on GFY or in adult. But why don't you look at my posted thread history and see how many scammers I've dug information up on and had kicked and banned off the board? Here's a hint: search for elitechris/tightcams. I dug up so much info on him and had him and his 5+ fake nicks banned from this board MULTIPLE times.

I fucking hate scammers, and I'll do anything in my power to fuck with them and get them banned even when I'm not personally affected by it.

Ok, i dont really know you, but you wrote: "My money is fucking gone, your money is fucking gone. Fuck Epassporte and Chris Mallick, time to move on and find a new solution "

The problem many many others also wrote the same spirit of words and i am sure program owners see it and say to themselves: "we can just stop paying one day and fuck everyone".

Again i apologize if you took it personally, i just wanted to explain the point. I am sure you understand now. And yes, fuck epass is not a problem

Here you go, here's 5 threads where I tracked down and banned scammers and their multiple fake nicks:

https://gfy.com/showthread.php?t=931142
https://gfy.com/showthread.php?t=931226
https://gfy.com/showthread.php?t=918379
https://gfy.com/showthread.php?t=946948
https://gfy.com/showthread.php?t=947290

There's others as well, and I posted info in other threads that I didn't start also. But that's a small selection. And I also took heat on the board because elitechris turned around and called me a scammer in retaliation. But that doesn't matter, I've been nothing but helpful and informative and done good business on this board.

Sorry if I ruined your hopes, but as far as I'm concerned Epass is dead.

ePassporte: Visa Situation Should be Resolved Next Week
The issue is with Visa and not with its bank, says ePassporte
By Tom Hymes
Sep 3rd, 2010 02:26 PM

SANTA MONICA, Calif.—In response to a call from AVN seeking further clarification on the sudden suspension by Visa of the ability by ePassport’s West Indies-based bank—St. Kitts-Nevis-Anguilla National Bank Ltd.—to process Visa transactions, ePassporte’s business account manager called to comment on the situation.

“The problem,” he said, “is not our bank. Our bank is perfectly fine. Everybody’s money is safe. The issue is literally with Visa. Visa functionality is the only thing that’s down, which means eCards and vCards. We are working to resolve the issue and we will have a resolution by next week, but at this point in time we don’t have any more information and we will contact everyone as soon as we do have any update at all.”

When asked about the increasing concern among some ePassporte clients that their money might remain inaccessible for some time to come, leading them to seek alternative means of delivery, he said, “I think the most important thing right now is for people to be patient until we have a solution. I wouldn’t move any [funds] at this point, because by the time you would receive a wire we’ll either have Visa functionality back up or we will have found another solution.

“The problem,” he added, “is that yesterday we were given about an hour’s notice of the situation, so there really wasn’t enough time for us to prepare any sort of documented statements other than the message that came from our CEO and owner, Christopher Mallick.

“There’s nothing to worry about," he stressed. "It’s an issue with Visa, not with our bank. All of our functions outside of Visa are working perfectly. If people’s funds are in their wallets, they can feel free to contact customer service and do a wire disbursement, but if they can wait, that would be my recommendation. I wouldn’t make any hasty decisions. But we’re not going anywhere; there’s nothing wrong with the business. This was an unforeseen issue, and we’re not exactly sure where it came from on Visa’s side.”

Before hanging up, he once again expressed his hope that calm would prevail over the long holiday weekend, after which the company expects that the situation will be quickly resolved.

“There really is nothing to be panicked about,” he said. “We just have to be patient and see what the solution is. All I can say is that if we had been given more notice, we obviously would have been better prepared and would have contacted all of our clients beforehand.”

In the meantime, several affiliate programs have sent letters to their affiliates notifying them that they are temporarily suspending the use of ePassporte until the Visa issues are resolved, and recommending that people log in to their accounts and change their payment options to either checks or wire transfers.

Several messages left througout the day with managers at the St. Kitts-Nevis-Anguilla National Bank Ltd. went unreturned. One call did go through to the managing director's assistant, who said everyone was at lunch and to call back, and provided a stateside number for ePassporte. Later calls all went to voicemail.

Just got this in my inbox on epass so he did write this bullshit

From: Internal Notification
To: digitalcash2010
Received: Sep 10, 2010 2:35 PM PDT
Subject: ePassporte Message from Chris Mallick

We at ePassporte are as distressed as you, our valued cardholders, over an action that we did not see coming and as of today we still have received no good basis for it.

First, be assured that your funds are fully safe and protected. You are owed that and it will be fulfilled. The funds are secure.

Second, ePassporte is working with the St. Kitts bank to work out how all payments will be made and when. The details are complicated, because there are funds in motion and where and when they settle requires us to all be careful that we fully and properly account for all those funds and their rightful owner. This issue stems from our processing and reporting ability through the Visa system and their processor.

Third, ePassporte's most important asset has always been our account holder's. We are not going to undermine that asset by treating cardholders in any manner other than the best we can.

Most of us have had the unfortunate experience of dealing with banks and card associations that simply "cut us off" and did not pay us. Those actions were limited to card acquiring (merchant accounts), not card issuing, which is what we do. We can all take some comfort in the fact that this situation is not anything like the acquiring side of the business.

We all fully understand that communication to our cardholders is critical. However, it does not help any of us if we are constantly updating you on the basis of the calls that take place almost hourly. It seems to us that giving you facts, based on agreements we are working on is the best form of communication. This is what we will be doing. When we know something, that is a fact, we will report it, quickly. Our staff is all working diligently to resolve these issues and the many moving and complicated parts of getting the funds returned. Therefore, please do not mistake our silence as "hiding", "avoiding" or "stringing you along". We too have funds that are stuck in the system, as well as massive costs of operation without any income.

Rest assured that when we know, you will know and you will all be satisfied with the results. Again, your money is safe.

For those of you that have been in the industry for many years, I hope you will recall that I have a very strong track record of fighting for the rights of webmasters, program sponsors, billing companies, merchants and the industry; that dedication continues.

Thanks you for your understanding in this difficult time and for your support over the last 8 years of our operations.

Chris Mallick

“I’m not speaking to the relationship with ePassporte and National Bank. The claims made in the initial press release, Visa spoke to that on our behalf. I can’t speak to anything Visa has said about ePassporte. ePassporte put out the initial statement that started the controversy and Visa clarified essentially the Bank’s position. Anything else that Visa would have said about ePassporte that is between them, and you’d have to call ePassporte or Visa to get information from them. I am not speaking to anything else,” she asserted.

WTF.

We waited a week for a bullshit announcement, now Michael O said he has stopped monitoring the board. That's a major red flag to me, like he knows the ship is going down.
No it's not!! Are you surprised that he can't be bothered to monitor this shit anymore?? It's like a broken record, not to mention the abuse people are dishing out towards him when he's only trying to help.

That's what he is paid to do.

Think your waiter is thrilled to bring you are soup? What about you complaining a fly in your soup is doing the backstroke?

Again - that's what he is paid to do.

WTF are you talking about?? He started the god damn thread! It's the "official epassporte statement" thread. He cant be bothered to monitor it?

He wasnt receiving any abuse in the beginning. People seemed to be generally thankful he was providing updates. Then those updates started getting few and far between, he started ducking legitimate easy to answer questions, went MIA in his own threads, promised an update, posted a bullshit one, and apparently lied about when wires were processed/went out. Then when the abuse did start coming (brought on by his own actions) he states that "its too much to keep up with" and goes completely MIA.

This is a civil situation, not a criminal one. Stop talking about things you have no ideas.

Plus, people contacting FBI at this point are stupid. They can only freeze everything for months, if not years. Get a clue.

The last part proves Mallick does not do much more than a few hundreds thousands a year. How could he finance 30 millions for his movie, without having the epassporte business in the loan deal?

Chris comes off in interviews a well spoken man, one who has spoken English his entire life. That statement was not written by someone who has English as their mother tongue.

"We at ePassporte are as distressed as you, our valued cardholders, over an action that we did not see coming and as of today we still have received no good basis for it."

No good basis for it? Sorry but I simply refuse to believe he wrote that. I have worked with outsourced people long enough to recognize something written by someone who has English as a second language.

You sell/recommend press releases. Are you going to tell me that press release is professional and properly written. We get it, you love Chris Mallick, but come on. There are better ways to word a meaningless statement than that and I am sure there are several PR writers in this industry that could have easily created a well executed statement that said nothing but was 100% fluff that would have made people confident.

Things like
Our extensive meetings with all parties involved have led to some meaningful progress but the situation at this point is not completely resolved so we continue to work around the clock to get these issues resolved blah blah

The way I see it, anyone who is positive about this situation is in a state of denial. The situation is totally fucked up by now. And that is NOT because visa cards are blocked. It is because epassporte is hiding the true story and refusing to make a statement.

This kind of behavior hurts their business so much, that they are basically out of business by now. They have lost most (if not all) trust from their customers by being quiet and hiding. So why are they doing it to themselves? Because telling the truth would hurt their business even more. The truth has to be REALLY ugly if they are so afraid to tell it.

All the story about visa cutting them out was bullshit from the beginning. There would be totally no problem if only visa cards were blocked. A card is merely a key to access the account via ATM. If only the cards were blocked, you would be able to move your money between wallet account and VV account without a problem. You can't do that, because the account is frozen.

There is nothing positive about epassporte accounts being frozen and Mr Mallick hiding his head in the sand. It is more like the worst case scenario. It can't be good.

So, does anyone here have a contract with epassporte, so you would be able to sue them? Oh wait, your sponsor created the account for you, and they sent you the card without even knowing your real name? That will be a solid statement in court.

By staying positive you won't increase the chances of getting your money back. They will do whatever is more profitable for them in the end anyway. If it's more profitable to fuck everyone than to stay in business, that's what they will do.

I guess it's time to move on and start making back the money we lost.

Here are some facts. These are facts.

1)Many Webmasters who have requested ACH withdrawls from their epass wallet have received their money.
2)Fact 1 creates the FACT that Epass is paying people out.
3)It is an absolute fact that repeatedly bashing Epass at this point does nothing but aggravate the situation which benefits no one.

Here are some conclusions.
As I've said before these conclusions can be drawn from the latest update-
1)Epassporte is working with the bank to payout all webmasters what they have in their accounts.
2)Epassporte will probably cease to exist after webmasters have been paid out, so another avenue like Payoneer will be needed to fill the void.

Is it possible that all webmasters will not be paid out?
Yes, but right now any uniformed conjecture is useless and counter productive.
