Well after reading this.. I won't be promoting his websites anymore. I haven't made any sales from him anyways to not get paid.. but I won't be busting my ass for him anymore. To add to the fire, I tried contacting them about promotion techniques and never got a response.

This would seem like the kind of thread that would interest AVN or Xbiz for an article on self-destruction. It's time to cut these sponsors off at the knees and move on with legitimate players. And remember, Dirty D accepted my traffic for 3 months without paying me, and without contacting me to let me know he didn't accept PPC traffic. He allowed me to continue to run my PPC campaign and send him traffic and joins with no intentions of paying me. This is not only a matter of him making up the rules of his program as he goes along, but also a matter of dishonesty and total disregard for his affiliates.

When I go to promote blockbuster I see....

IMHO the only correct way to handle this would have been to tell him that you don't want these sales, pay him for the sales he generated, update your terms and let all your affiliates know that you won't allow this kind of marketing anymore. To just stop paying without letting him know is not a good way of doing business at all. I can understand this if somebody is carding or something similar but not in this case.
