Not once has any of these guys answered the question above.

They seem to think if they can stop "THEIR" affiliates from doing it, it wont happen. When in reality they should be thankfull their affiliates are paying out of their own pocket to make sure that traffic goes to their program and not their competitors.

Do you think its right that he allowed me to continue to send traffic and joins long after deciding not to pay me, without notifying me? It would be one thing if he contacted me and told me to stop, but he removed my payout from the batch in NATS and never contacted me.

He continued to accept my traffic and joins without saying anything to me, without suspending my affiliate account and without paying me. That is the issue.

I also find it odd that a few programs (including Twistys, one of the bigger programs out there) have contacted me about getting a PPC campaign going for them.

Since by your own admission all this publicity is so great for you, and surely you must be making more money because of it, how about paying me what you owe me?

Unfortunately for me a small claims suit would have to be filed in Florida. However tomorrow I am going to call some collection agencies down there and see what they say can be done for me to recover at least some of the money he owes me. I am not sure about the Federal thing, I don't know if they would even hear it over such a small amount of money, but I will find out tomorrow.

I just still can't believe these guys think it is "their" traffic. Like others have said, he could have just has easily sent the PPC traffic to a competitor. Worse conversion rate then sending it to the exact site? Yeah, I am sure it would be.. but what does that have to do with anything? It is still his traffic, its just not going to your program anymore :error

Robbie and the other defenders have still yet to answer the question about review site traffic. In their logic, 90% of review site traffic already belongs to the site owners :1orglaugh and they are just robbing sales that were already theirs.

I'd rather have a worse conversion ratio and get paid, than have a good ratio and not get paid. :)

Washington is up by 7, with only about a minute and a half left, and has a first down inside the New Orleans 10. The drive stalls and they have to settle for a chip shot field goal to go up by 10.
