Hitcounter faillure at CB? its terrible again....

Js failure error message, cannot see the model when clicking on one of my affiliate link . The page take like 5 minutes to load with a black screen.. etc..
Anyone else experience this ?

My whitelabel loads immediately but it took forever to load a model's page. If I was a normal surfer I would've bailed before it did load. Still waiting for the video feed for display. Now it just went to "offline".

Somehow that model's page had a bright pink button near the top with an external affiliate link to chaturbate!

If the models are poaching our regulars, that would explain a lot of what I've been seeing lately.

When I visited that room on my WL a second time, the affiliate link vanished. Going to chaturbate directly, it appeared again - and I was already logged in at the time. Screencap below:

Since two days ago, after server crash, my free sign ups have gone down badly.

I used to average 20+ regs a day past few weeks huge dip and not sure why, visitors to my website are up , if anyone has any input I would be interested in hearing

My free registrations seem to be getting back to normal the last week or so, but my income from them is still dropping.

Everybody comes when they have problem but nobody comes when everything is alright. So let me be that guy: Noting abnormal in the last 2 weeks.

I wouldn't read too much into that.

In terms of programming, it often makes sense to keep hit counters incrementing a cache file that later gets reconciled with the previous stats, whereas a sale might be recorded in a different stats database which would not be cached due to much lower traffic volume.

If the reporting screen hasn't updated the latest hit counts but the sales are reported in real time, it would display behavior like this.

I don't think you quite understand how revshare cams work.

That sale could be from a member you sent years ago - has nothing to do with the visitors you have sent today.

I'm not sure if you just posted it as something funny (because it is :upsidedow), but there's nothing wrong with those stats.
You didn't send any hits that day, no one registered that day, but someone who was already registered from your link had made a purchase and you got your share.
That's the beauty of revshare, it's not tied directly to your traffic.

Normaly all old tracker ids got shown if they come back!

If they returned to your page to make the purchase then it would show as a hit but if they did the purchase without coming back through your page then they would not show as a hit.

I'm down to somewhere between 1/3 to 1/2 of what I would expect from my current traffic levels.

I have seen my free registrations getting back to something within the expected range, spending habits are way off normal though.

You can see your sales in the downloadable csv file. It will show you the userid, when they bought, how much they spent, when they joined and what country they are from.

Not sure what you are expecting to be able to do as far as "controlling" your existing member base.

Wouldn't it be interesting to know when and how often they return to the site, regardless
of it that they buy something.

I emailed Chaturbate about my signups being down but I am still sending the same amount of traffic, they never responded but my leads have started to come back in again so who knows.

At this point doesn't everyone and their grandmother have a chaturbate account? :p
