hey man, been a long time. It D and shawn that screwed us, so we never had an issue with you, or skunk, or darian. (she told me chino passed, not sure if you knew)

so yeah, everytime he pisses someone off over the years, we get links sent to us, or emails from the slighted party. (collected a few things over the years on them) several porn stars also do not like him from the past, and we get to hear of it often when they come to tampa. (mostly for the nightmoves award show) but to be honest, i like he likes be disliked by the little people, gives him importance... as long as affiliates like him, he does not care about anything or body else.

and on that note i can get back the the subject of this thread... i am betting he will pay, to fix this and make it go away over time. his flack girl or he will make a posting about paying and be the bigger "guy" over this... implying he is not wrong, but better then us to do it. so keep this up, and the money will get to Shoehorn! any takers?

Honestly Rat, I didn't know anything about the 50/50 terms being changed. I know D had other issues with you and CWC but the 50/50 thing wasn't brought up.

Stop and think for a moment. Surely there is a reason for all of this. Why would he sue me? He claims I am out to ruin his business and reputation. Why in the fuck would someone who would be "innocent" of such heinous allegations not file suit and allow the accusations to continue? If you believe you are completely innocent, no fucking way do you allow someone to continue bringing it up.

Why? Because he knows any attempt would cause everything to be put out in a court of law and be open to public consumption, including his neighbors that apparently not aware of what goes on in their neighborhood. Claims of damaged business would subject him to providing financials of his business to prove what the allegations has had on his ability to earn his money, prior and post allegations. Could it be that he may not want it to come out that the "million dollar bonus" is complete bullshit like someone else already explained? Its also the same reason he did not sue Kelsie for her allegations because he knows it would ALL come out. You don't think attorneys would talk to people like Whore Monger and Rich to get even more dirt on the guy? Do you not think the local news and press would run this story especially in light of Max's trial here and a city trying to clean up its bad image?
