Right now we need the support of this industry more than ever as we carry on the arduous task of running test purchases on file lockers, identifying their acquirers and pursuing banks and other merchant acquirers and payment processors.

Our new strategy is to shut down accounts at the source, rather than the long drawn out process of dealing with the various organisations and bureaucracies at the top end of the payment associations.

Dealing with third parties to help us shut down merchant accounts has become too slow, we also have issues getting up to date information on merchant terminations which means that at times we've directed efforts at already shut down accounts.

It costs money to make test purchases and then follow these up. The whole process of investigating the payment flows to file lockers and then acting on them is an expensive and time consuming process.

That guy has some stones to be operating a file locker within the United States.

He has previous form, he was found guilty of consumer fraud and has hundreds of thousands of dollars owed to Washington State Attorney General's department.

My source was at the D/C when the warrant was served. He was not informed of a gag order with regard to the confiscation. The users of the server were also notified of the confiscation by a message from the provider which was my confirmation of the information.

I do not know who the actual target of this investigation is, but related services are now being targeting for evidence gathering.

There have been plenty of pirates from GFY outed in the 5000+ posts of this thread. You can refer back to the various times where people opposing this project were found to either run file lockers or own and contribute to sites which support file lockers such as piracy forums etc.

Krylon was found to run UltraMegaBit after 20 pages or so of criticism, he then became Moogie for one example out of several.

Yes I can provide solid stats that show my DMCA's are being responded to by file lockers that previous to being attacked by AK would never have taken down anything. But I'm a little busy making money and utterly destroying all the pirates who attempt to jack my shit.

UploadInc.com, an up and coming file locker now has no methods of receiving payments.

There was 1 small file host operating from GoDaddy Web Hosting, his account was terminated naturally.

A whole bunch of new small file lockers using Paypal is about to be hit.

The pirate community think that since we've been pursuing merchant terminations that Paypal is now open for pirate business - think again. We'll keep shutting down accounts of file lockers using Paypal.
