uploaded.net - ALEXA Global Rank - 223
Public affiliate program, millions of files on majority of pirate porn forums, the top choice for pirate affiliates.
What does AK say? : I'm sorry, I must be blind, can't see shit! Totally clean service!

filefactory.com - ALEXA Global Rank - 2542
(Not a lot of porn, very low forum exposure, main direction of this host is software and games.
What does AK say? : We monitor the situation very closely. Working on disabling the payment options and generally mounting an attack!
(As far as we can see AK tried attacking filefactory a few times but so far it has not been too successful)

oteupload.com - Global Rank - 30041
What does AK say? : (screaming and spitting) WOW! I am outraged! PIRATES! We are going in guns blazing!

Strange isn't it?

Real pirates from uploaded.net for some reason do not interest AK. Any of you donating money to AK, I would exercise caution.

P.S. Those who follow this circus probably remember my bet with AK that basically said that every major player will continue to function after a certain period of time. AK lost 10k and refused to pay citing some lame excuse.

But that's not even the point. The point is that AK has a very specific agenda, different from what he claims and he did not do shit to affect real piracy, he simply shifted the balance and made sure that tubes got a nice bumps in traffic and Uploaded became king of file hosts, this is to good to be simple coincidence.

Nobody is spared by Uploaded. Met-Art, X-Art, Pink Visual, Passion HD, MaxHardcore, Twistys, Brazzers, Playboy, Private, Evil Angel .... the list goes on and on.

We want to shut down Uploaded, they are a high priority. We need to remove their ability to process payments, one merchant account at a time until they have no other option.

Rights holders / Studios can help us achieve this by signing a representation agreement with us. This will authorise us to use evidence collected about your copyright infringement when communicating with Visa, Mastercard, Paypal etc.

As things stand we can only present evidence where we represent a particular rights-holder. A representation agreement does not affect your existing copyright enforcement measures, it is non exclusive. You will still need to use a DMCA agent to send DMCA notices and forward copies of those notices to us.

What a representation agreement allows us to do is use your DMCA evidence to further our case against infringing sites when dealing with the Card Associations, Payment Processors and Third Party Billers.

Please contact us here to arrange for a representation agreement for your company or studio.

It is strange that supposedly leading anti pirate outfit didn't really achieve anything in regards to the TOP pirate site out there and only began to show some attention to it after I brought it up.
Anyway, I'm glad I could help steer you in correct direction but for some reason I think that you won't be able to do anything with them.
I'll be reminding you of this each week, to help you out.

After all the hacker attacks you've arranged, all the personal information you stole and posted, domain lists, photos, personal private info, I guess you even know what kind of toilet paper Kaktuz is using ....and what?
Site is still online, still working like nothing ever happened. So what was the point?

AdultKing 11-04-2013 03:24 AM

The simple response to you, freak files, is that we have been on Uploaded.net's case since JUNE 2012.

http://stopfilelockers.com/uploaded-...-of-windows-7/

You don't know what has happened to them because we don't announce everything.

Uploaded know what has happened and the pain will continue until they close or clean up their act.

For the record, we are not involved in hacking or any illegal activity. We use legal means to gather intelligence. We do not need to use the techniques displayed by others to gather our information.

We have had many successes against many sites. We don't announce every outcome for strategic reasons.

I know we are a thorn in your side, but we're not going anywhere.

Hulkload.com , a little up and comer, has been chopped off at the knees. Paypal and Payza terminated, they're left with Webmoney.

I dare say this saga is interesting :thumbsup

read eberything on this thread and on this site scrolldog.com/stopfilelockers-exposed-industrial-espionage-collaborating-with-hackers/

not so sure anymore :disgust

you say no hacking?

AdultKing 11-05-2013 01:37 AM

Firstly, it's obvious you run that site, full of wild conspiracy theories and half truths.

Secondly, the Stop File Lockers project has never been and never will be involved in the illegal hacking activity exhibited by that misguided group of miscreants who know call themselves NukePiracy.

There are a multitude of legal ways to acquire the information we gather on sites, we use extensive research and publicly available sources for most of it, the rest is discovered via other legal means via procedures made available by the legal system and/or Government registries and instruments of the courts.

We have never discussed our operational methods and your various articles or posts will not lead us to reveal them.

TrueTraffic 11-05-2013 03:38 PM

Why the hostility? :|

You won't reveal your methods? No need to. They've already been revealed. Not a single file locker that you've gone after has had legal repercussions. Not one. Fact is, none of your information you discover can be used nor trusted.

Wild conspiracies? We think not.

Nice gig you have though with all these fellas running around to support you monetarily. Wonder how they would feel a year from now when there's more of these services & the operations are more shored up than ever before.

You're going to be known not as the guy who "Stopped File Lockers", but as the guy who morphed the industry.

Not one legal (state or government level) shutdown under your belt and it's been over a year now.

P.S.
I don't own ScrollDog, but I do like the site. Way to attack me though for my opinion!

AdultKing 11-06-2013 03:27 AM

UltraMegaBit.com, owned by Rudy Corella, is still stealing and profiting from that theft.

With links shared from major release blogs and sites like PlanetSuzy, Rudy and his UltraMegaBit is sharing copyright infringing content belonging to members of the music industry, film industry, tv industry, games industry, book industry and the porn industry.

Quick question. I sent Ryushare a DMCA last night and they responded today claiming that the files were removed but when I click on any of the links it appears that the files are still available to paying customers. In cases like this, are the files removed and they are leaving the links up to mislead customer to sell more memberships?

or they dont remove it, just disable it and you are seeing cached page from them.
or they dont remove the links and/pages so less 404 pages for Google love.
or they change url from one to another under another user.
or they dont remove at all and just lie about it.

Often the links are not removed but disabled and can be re-enabled by the Uploader.

Saves a tremendous amount of bandwidth for the uploader and file locker, and the file locker is much more likely to retain the upload monkey.

Did you really expect them to admit the links were still up ?

Can you escalate this DMCA , your emails to them and their replied to enforcement@ so I can have a look at it ?

What's the significance of the reply?

122 pages and a year (?) later, and whatever AK is doing is totally useless, yet pirates and upload monkeys care..... yeah that make sense.

AdultKing 11-07-2013 01:35 PM

OTE Upload is now facing difficulty.

For a recap on OTE Upload see: http://stopfilelockers.com/oteupload...-exploitation/

We're keeping up the pressure on UltraMegaBit.

We need rights holders having issues with DizzCloud to escalate their DMCA notices to [email protected]

We'll have a new escalation tool available on the Copy Control website soon which will make it easier to bring urgent issues to our attention.

Firstly, they are not paying uploaders. That's a sign of trouble.

Secondly, their continued credit card processing is not assured.

You can watch what happens to OTEUpload as things progress over the next couple of weeks.

I'll have to confirm this observation... AK, even if one abusing host is stopping to pay, there are plenty of new ones who will pay or just say they pay but upload monkeys will go after it and there is no change at all.
I followed this thread as I thought you would make a real difference in fighting infringements, but it became "same, same but different" in upload monkey language :1orglaugh

AdultKing 11-07-2013 02:26 PM

Upload monkeys will always follow the money, however they are not our primary focus.

Our primary focus is shutting down the various revenue streams of the file locker eco-system and to that end we have been very successful.

We have virtually eliminated Paypal, Payza and Moneybookers as a source of revenue for file lockers. We're cutting deep into the ad revenue of file locker eco system sites such as ddl sites, blogs, forums and so on.

It's becoming much harder for a file locker to get a merchant account and the card associations and acquirers are identifying file lockers as very high risk, which is marginalising the industry.

All of this work takes time and effort. Nothing happens overnight however as we move forward we're slowly reshaping the view payment systems have of the file locker industry and this helps us become more effective at shutting their payment methods down.

AdultKing 11-08-2013 05:25 AM

Rudy Corella's UltraMegaBit.com is deliberately targeting the porn industry by encouraging the sharing of copyright infringing content of high quality and recent release.

For a recap of Rudy Corella and his history of scamming, his outstanding $500,000 debt to Washington State and his shady involvement with Elite Torrents which resulted in the jailing of one of it's members please read the following articles:

http://stopfilelockers.com/ultramega...w-pirate-cove/

http://stopfilelockers.com/more-copy...ramegabit-com/

http://stopfilelockers.com/ultramega...american-soil/

http://stopfilelockers.com/ultramega...o-be-shutdown/

http://stopfilelockers.com/ultramega...ub-for-piracy/

Recent infringements include those from Pink Visual along with other producers.

http://stopfilelockers.com/wp-conten...13/11/umb1.jpg

http://stopfilelockers.com/wp-conten...13/11/umb2.jpg

http://stopfilelockers.com/wp-conten...13/11/umb3.jpg

Every day we find thousands of previously uncatalogued infringements on this site.

As the evidence mounts, the likelihood grows that we'll be able to break the back of UltraMegaBit.com. They're already facing serious challenges and it remains to be seen how long they will be able to keep processing payments.

Every week, new file lockers spring up hoping to profit from copyright infringing content.

A lot of our work involves cutting these new sites off at the knees before they can gain a foothold.

http://stopfilelockers.com/wp-conten...erhomepage.jpg

http://stopfilelockers.com/wp-conten...-wjunction.jpg

Obviously we've already begun work to mitigate the ability of this new file locker to accept payments. The danger is, if we don't act on new file lockers, that sites like this will become very popular very quickly.

It's an important part of our work to ensure that no new file lockers replace the ones we are killing off.

hey robert! hope all is well. just giving you a heads up to keep an eye out for my interview.we'll be discussing a lot of topics such as why you are posting so many topics about a 100% compliant cloud hosting service, how many merchant accounts you have actualy had shut down, how many cloudhosting operators have actually had their homes raided at 6am and criminal charged brought up against them, how many domains you have had seized. lol. basically just going to put the REAL truth out in the public on what you have and have not been able to accomplish this far. because it seems that your giving the impression to the public that you are actually successful in terminating merchant facilites. hell, even plugrush got scared of your threats. only if they knew that you've been saying you're making progress since last year, and you have not shut down any merchant accounts, the only thing you are capable in doing is exploiting policy violations with paypal payza and moneybookers, maybe they would have ignored your dumb ass like you deserve to be. hope this news doesent cause a stir at gfy like it did when I outed you about accepting money from Fabian. we want to keep your donations coming so that you can pay your phone bill.seems it was disconnected? so go ahead and upload some more files and give them some weird infringing names take some more screenshots and create a new post talking about how were going through do many difficulties right now because of the post you did. lol. by the way Dave knows you can't do shit to their merchant account nor their PayPal account. we act as a service provider and comply with all takedowns, so good luck with that.the only thing you're accomplishing is making yourself look even more like a complete tool. anyway. article should be posted in the next few days. I'm actualy giddy like a schoolgirl to see the publics response when truth of what you have really have done is brought out. you make some pretty scary threats to companies.its a shame that you have nothing to backup those threats.

thanks for not editing my message. by the way 3,000 submissions in almost 2 years is not bad at all for a public service provider without the kind of funds like Google and Dropbox have to hire a compliance department. And you seem to like twisting statements around. I never said you uploaded every infringing file that was submitted to Google. I say you submit files with infringing names or cp names and then submit those to paypal or whoever you submit your screenshots to besides gfy. :)
how are you enjoying those db dumps that your lemonparty buddy pete Bronson/wdf gave you?
or are you going to deny that you received those as well? of course you'll deny anything that might stop you from bringing in donations to your non-profit business eh? it's a dogs breakfast!
keep watching for that interview. should be a good read for you, but your supporters may be a little shocked as all they're used to hearing from you is lies and exaggerations. it will be nice to actually give them some truth as to what you can really do. You seem a little worried lately? seems everytime I message something about you, you're quick to retaliate with a quick screenshot of some fresh files you uploaded, posting you're awesome find on gfy, with a post along the lines that you're just about to nailthat last nail in our coffin. "please give us some more donations. its just a little bit longer. our contacts with LE said theyre going to arrest him soon, so send us more money so we can put more pressure on ultramegabit! We only need a few thousand more so I can fly to bangcock, and get his domain seized! look look its working!!"
If you find infringing files of your clients why don't you submit them for removal like every other agency does? that's right because you have only 1 client, and everything else you find, you're not authorized to submit takedown notices for.

post this one to gfy you tool!
anyway, where's that document you sent me? Is it still on the way? Did you send it tied to the leg of a pigeon?
