I tried some experiments with this and the results were inconclusive. After a while my concern was that the Chaturbate cookie may be more valuable.

How did this work out for you?

If you have a site with returning visitors and/or if you suffer from cookie saturation, then a whitelabel helps. You need a good design and logo.

I don't mean to be a pain in the ass but now the whitelabels are left with non-clickable banners that makes it look as there are broken bits on the site. Another little extra step please, and hide them completely :)

I think this thread is saturated, we'd have announced 6 months ago that broadcaster banners would be rendered inoperative there would have been lots of feedback and excitment, now noone cares :)

Damn... Seems that they could better name it saturate.com... I've been sending Tier 1 traffic for weeks, over 50k uniques, only a handful of signups and only one user that spent $49,95... Which means $10 for me... YAY!:helpme

cb whitelabels explicitly block search engines crawlers and the canonical address is chaturbate.com: that means when/if a search engine finds a URL on your whitelabel, it credits the chaturbate.com equivalent URL. This is why webmasters use the API: they can create a custom site that is indexable and rankable.

One little thing I noticed if signed in a username with followers and click followers on the whitelabel on your profile : location whitelabelurl/accounts/followers/ It seems to go to the default CB layout. Test it for yourself.

Guys, I think "sign up" banners have been disabled: although you see them they don't appear to be clickable. I tested that on chrome and ff. Can you verify it is also the case for you?

If verified, this could be either an improvement from Chaturbate or a bug from the bio designers. I'd go with the former because banners that aren't affiliate links are still clickable.

Ideally, these would not be visible.

From chaturbate.com it is less of a problem because your non-rewritable cookies have presumably be planted prior to visitors potentially clicking on the banners. On whitelabels however, cb cookies aren't planted on the same domain so clickable banners are leaks.

Having said that:
- sign up banners are still visible though not clickable
- if it is by design: good. If it is transient and coming back to previous state: not good.
- in this case, siswet is using your traffic to drive prospect customers to her onlyfans account.

What you are saying is an edge case, a design issue: the link of one banner overlaps with the other banner. In reality, the top banner links to onlyfans, and the "sign up to chaturbate" banner underneath doesn't link anywhere.

From a whitelabel, try the other banner in "Bio > About Me", it is on its own and has no overlaps.

Not clickable on the whitelabel, CB disabled outgoing links on whitelabels about 2 months ago and I have yet to see one that works.

Twitter is pretty garbage for traffic and a shit service in general. I've noticed I've been shadowbanned recently even though I have never broken a single rule.

233K followers and been losing about 700 followers a day for weeks. Far less impressions per tweet as well compared to months in the past.

I've been specifically tracking and watching traffic from Twitter and not only is there not even a single penny spent, there isn't even a single signup out of 1000's and 1000's of people.

Sign up links seem to be disabled but external links (onlyfans insta etc.) are still working with an external link warning. Nice.

There is a rather ominous aspect to this as it may mean that anything will be permissible on the chaturbate.com pages.

The links floating over the profile, do work.

3 floating are external to onlyfans, 1 to twitter, 1 to instagram.

My understanding is they have no choice but to display those non-clickable cb signup banners. I am happy however that they have been rendered inactive. I've been talking about this cross-domain cookie issue for maybe 2 years.

I'm not sure what you mean by "legitimized", what you get now is less leaks on whitelabels. The signup buttons on chaturbate remain untouched.

It seems to me that this closes any questions as to whether or not models will have "signup here" buttons. I gather they are here to stay as long as they are not covering site functionality.
