It means your columns are not in the same order it is expecting I am pretty sure. Big clue is the 1970 date, that is a linux default for a date field that gets data that is not actually a valid date into it.

On Average if I sent to homepage I get 1 sign up in 200 clicks. I am sending 3-5000 clicks a day and I have some day with less than 20 sign ups

Issue is your traffic is not enough and popup codes don't work best from my experience

Traffic is from search engines to my site. Then I'm using popup code and have a chaturbate banner in sidebar.
But mostly Turkish traffic for some reason, so I assigned target country to US in google console, maybe it will help.

Will work on site content more and link building, hope it'll change for better :)

All of a sudden the clicks on a blank tracking code are up 3-4 times.

I have 700-1000 clicks on a blank tracking code and I put tracking codes on all my campaigns. The sign up rate is extremely low as well around 1 in 700 (On the blank tracking code)

Any idea what this can be?

Look at your stats by campaign and that might shed some light on it. If you have white label hits they show up as a blank tracking code.
