Screengrabs of stolen videos stored at pic sites. Dmca them, and see if they take the pics down or ignore it.

Links to stolen video shortened with link shortening sites.

When your stuff gets stolen by some jerk and put up on a filelocker so he can sell quick download memberships to the locker, you will see all the elements that make it all work so well. Paypal used to make me so angry. Finally thanks to AK they are doing more to not bill for stolen material that they won't bill for when it is legal.

adultmobile 02-12-2013 06:06 PM

About the ecosystem: given how paypal is lost or unstable feature for filelockers at the moment, now the biggest funding of piracy sites it is advertising for sure, not the pay per download sales. In fact torrent sites never had pay options at all, but paying big hosting bills still doing profit.

You haven't been paying attention. He is not going after tubes because there is basically no copyrighted content on the tubes. He said that 5 times or so. Don't you get it?

Hmm then it seems that you haven't seen his 2years old topic where he states that he wants to go after Fabian :1orglaugh but waittttt...Fabian???

AK you are doing nothing against piracy until you start cracking all kind of sites including torrents and ofc file lockers.

Right on cue, it's the anon troll who always follows Franck, who doesn't care and hasn't cared for 98 pages now. :1orglaugh

I bought Rosetta Stone so I can speak retardese with some of you, so please don't judge too harshly if my words are a little mixed up as I am not fluent in retard yet. But here it goes... STOP FILE LOCKERS.

Why is it stop file lockers? Because there is currently no leverage with tubes or torrents, thus there is nothing to do about them right now. This was something AK figured out when he looked into going after Fabian's tubes way back then. Then he adapted and went after what he could, which brings us here today and his campaign to stop file lockers.

I know, I know, this is a concept that is very difficult for simple minds to comprehend, so I don't really fault you if you still don't get it. It's also possible my retardese is a little off, adding to the confusion of it all.

How the fuck do you manage to type with both arms up his ass?

AdultKing 02-13-2013 03:25 PM

It's pretty intriguing watching the people posting in this thread who, by their own admission, are not rights holders or doing anything to combat piracy themselves.

They all demand that we turn our attention away from what we are doing and chase after this that or the other based upon their their poorly informed and misguided sense of what's wrong.

Franck is predictable, there's not much substance to him other than feeling obliged to continually troll this thread. Some of the others have already exposed themselves as involved with or beneficiaries of incentivised piracy thus it's in their interests to derail what we do.

Our efforts continue. File Lockers and other participants in the ecosystem never know where we will strike next and we'll keep placing pressure on them.

I think it's pretty obvious what motivates them. That's when you know you're making progress. The only people who should be commenting in this thread are people who want to limit piracy. Anyone else making negative comments are showing their ass.

Major (Tom) 02-13-2013 08:54 PM

Well, some have vested interests in trying to derail efforts, but most are just people like Franck.

Illegal content should be reported to the appropriate law enforcement agency.

As for copyright issues, if you are a rights holder being affected then we can help you.

Robbie 02-14-2013 12:44 PM

Damn it AdultKing....Who the fuck do you think you are? Actually DOING something about a facet of piracy!

Don't you understand that none of the rest of us have ever done ANYTHING successfully against any type of piracy?

Look...if you can't singlehandedly stop ALL piracy all by yourself (tubes, bit torrents, illicit DVD sales in Asia, etc.) then you are fucking worthless!

Now just give up and start criticizing everybody and anybody who has the balls to think that they can possibly stand up and do something.

AK, I just cc'd you on a huge DMCA to upload.net

Does anyone know the purpose of http://www.whoishostingthis.com/ when it never lists the right host?

Is there a better site to find their host?

I was quoting your butt buddy who's response to why you don't take on other forms of piracy is because your site is "stopfilelockers" and not "stop this or that". Clearly you are "stopping this and or that" and not just file lockers.

Manwin must have paid you off quite nicely to stay away from their assets!

Command line tools such as whois and dig used together with traceroute will usually tell you who the host is. In cases where a front end proxy exists it's more difficult, however there are things you can do to discover the host.

I replied to Sherm on 15 Feb regarding this and asked if a phone meeting was possible to discuss the issue.

Given the sensitive nature of where we are at right now I can't discuss this publicly and we need some extra assistance from rights holders.

AK do you think following news it is real?

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/finance/n...gal-sites.html

Posted in GFY, I googled for it, it is only released by the telegraph and no party involved released comments.
Perhaps they have to read this thread first, to figure what's that about :)
Contact google perhaps, maybe they hire.

Yes it is real, while I cannot go into specifics, look beyond the spin at the real story.

All the stakeholders who have to react to piracy are in constant dialogue about how best to deal with commercial piracy at a policy level.

These measures arise from the methods we have been using for over seven months on this problem. We have had many meetings and discussions with several parties regarding longer term strategies for dealing with the issues of piracy.

One way of helping us speed up our work and kill off more sites is to contribute to us employing more people to deal with the problem. A casual employee costs us $24 - $28 per hour.

At the moment everybody working on the project is voluntary. We need more help, it is unreasonable to expect that everyone will work for free forever.

There is just a few days left for us to raise our $10,000 target on www.stopfilelockers.com and we're only at $2100. Contributions can be made via the Chip In widget on the site.

Donations can also be made via paxum to [email protected]
