Seems the thread keeps getting off topic.
Lets get back to Stopping File Lockers. Posts about Tubes... off topic, as they are not file lockers. Yes, there are files being shared, but AK has made great strides over past several months by concentrating on File Lockers, and for the most part just File Lockers. If somebody else wants to dedicate equal amounts of time to Tubes, Forums, Torrents, they are free to do so. AK seems to have a niche of File Lockers and it seems foolish to expect him (working for free) to tackle all copyright related issues. |

Best thread of the year.
|
Bumping for that upcoming 2013 thing. ;)
AK is hardly the one with their ego fully invested in this thread. |
Crocko.com, a very large file locker, causing very real problems to rights holders has now lost Paypal.
We will be working to place even more pressure on Crocko.com while sending the very clear message that every file locker risks their payment processing arrangements unless they bring the distribution of illegal and copyright infringing content under control. |

Any word on tubes like Motherless? This guy is a total pain in the ass and continues to stock pile stolen content. His last reply was that they don't moderate uploaded videos so there's no way for him to stop it. I'm going to upload a video of my dog taking a shit in the backyard to see if it gets posted.

Like you said, load a dog shitting video and see how quickly they moderate it. |
Happy New Year for AK

I remember visiting motherless because I had to use Erasur on my temporary internet files scared that the police were going to drag me off as a nonce.
I always report CP to the FBI/SOCA when I see it online. At least then I'd have some sort of defence. The CP makes it hard for me to scan the site looking for copyright violations though. |

Nice way to put yourself on the radar by reporting it every time. Some people... |
Bumping for the Crocko.com pay pal termination and because 2013 is a new year, with more work to do on this.
|
Now that Paypal have terminated Crocko.com we are working through all of the Crocko.com resellers killing off any payment processing facilities we can.
http://stopfilelockers.com/crocko-co...ers-to-follow/ In the meantime we are fund raising again, if you can afford to send us a contribution then please consider helping us out, we've set a target of $10,000 which is only a small percentage of the cost of our operations. We've placed a new chip in widget on Stop File Lockers http://stopfilelockers.com We also have a Paxum account which is [email protected] Thank you everyone for your support in 2012, we expect 2013 will bring even more success with your help. |
Bumping

Hotfile is the current issue I am working on and dedicating a huge amount of time on it.
Hotfile has many problems, copyright infringement, what appears to be illegal content and an affiliate system supporting the upload of infringing and illegal content. I have made it clear to Paypal that they would not have long before I started to become very vocal about the Hotfile problem. |
Best educated guess. What percentage of Paypal's sales do you think come from file lockers?

I've come across CP online about 4 times, the worst being on 4chan which I reported to the site admin. A different message board that was clearly not giving a fuck whilst sharing warez and they got reported to their host at first (who did fuck all) and eventually the FBI who had the site shut down. Not really on the radar unless they got my details from my IP address. You just submit the link with a description of where it is and that's it. You telling me if you seen CP online you would do nothing? |

Just a wild guess. |
fuck the op file lockers OWN

We're working on developing our case against Hotfile, however as you may or may not be aware, Hotfile has been involved in litigation over recent times - this plays into how various third parties respond. |
Please put some pressure on asfile.com and luckyshare.net if you can... both are piece of shit services that take longer to respond to dmca and simply rename files
|
Just donated the first 200$ on your new chipin button  it's the 3rd donation I've made.
|
Hey buddy! You know - I have always been a fan of you.
Just curious - is there a way to get you on tubes? You are the only Man here who can mess with them. They depend on hosting, registrar and traffic brokers (especially medium size tubes). What about a strike with some of your "Peacekeeper" rockets? |
Quote:
Anyway to go against bad tubes you have simply to cut their advertising sources, they rely simply on that. Just an hint from a guy who buy traffic from them :) |
In all times history has been made by the individuals.
One Australian guy can change the whole industry those days) |
Just realized that the new donation bar has been up since the 2nd of January yet no one else has donated yet besides me... interesting... I know a handful of people DO give generously to this service, even when it's worth more than a 200$ donation.... But it seems like the rest of the shmucks on GFY are just that, what they've always been, a bunch of jabbering shmucks (Like forum spamming cross dressing baffoons SallyRand/AdultPornMasta/CT-Content/etc... Conspiracy driven lunatics, literal fucking cunt lunatic SwirlsGirl/etc :1orglaugh ) Of course that dumb bitch is too busy looking at her "form submissions" and analyzing why CCBill doesn't convert well based off of ridiculous shave theories instead of worrying about things that matter :1orglaugh
Let's get the donations going! If you put out content online that gets pirated regularly by filelockers DONATE to this cause. It's been about half a year now and it's proven useful, just imagine how much more your content would be splattered around if it wasn't for AdultKing and this campaign. |

We receive very few notices relating to tubes, most of them relate to file lockers, forums, image hosting sites, torrents. Several people have sent us copies of DMCA's for Motherless.com which we have already acted on by having an associated Paypal account shut down, we're also working on another form of mitigation against Motherless which we'll report on when complete. Quote:
To go against bad tubes we need evidence of infringement, I'd ask rights holders to send us copies of their DMCA's so we can start developing cases against sites that repeatedly offend. Quote:

Every dollar we receive helps us keep going just that little bit longer, if we run out of funds this effort ends. |

To everyone else: honest affiliates and original content producers, seriously consider a donation in order to preserve this campaign and everything it has done to thwart copyright infringement services. |
