MC uses a bot to seach for keywords and terms. And they are real fucking anal about it.

They had shut off processing on me with my Zombaio account because they found where I had written "Then he FORCED Claudia Marie to orgasm"

Their bot saw the word "forced" and flagged me. They didn't bother to take the word in context at all. If you use the word "forced" in ANY way...MC will shut down processing.

The third party biller (Zombaio) didn't even know that MC had done that until I contacted them over some people writing me at support wondering why they suddenly couldn't use their MasterCard to join.

Zombaio had to get with MC after I removed the word "forced" and changed it to "made her have an orgasm" and then they re-reviewed the site (meaning they ran the bot over it again) and turned my processing back on.

So make no mistake..it's NOT the third party billers. It's the credit card companies themselves...and when they shut you down, you are screwed.

And anyway dealing with VISA/MC/Banks may take months or even years, it is very slow process.

Every fuckng day, a new clueless bitch has to appear in this thread...

Thanks for the kudos everyone however this is very much a combined effort by several people now + Copy Control.

I'll be providing new updates a little later tonight.

fucking filelockers

rapidgator is high atop the list of the worst of the worst.

They ALWAYS ignore requests to delete repeat offenders... ALWAYS.

They always wait exactly 24 hours before complying with DMCA requests too.

Meanwhile, sendspace manages to comply literally within minutes (no exaggeration).

Can you explain to me how their bot misses the banned words on piracy sites please.

Upload monkeys get a free pass.

As of now anyway. Hopefully that will all change.

Thanks. This UGC situation has to be really looked at closely by governments. At present anyone can claim it's UGC and upload anything they like. no proof required it was uploaded by a user, the content isn't pirated and it's not illegal for instance CP. The world lived without UGC.

On file lockers, none of the banned words actually appear on the file locker's web site. They don't publish links to files stored with their service.

The links to the files are published on other sites such as forums, blogs, etc.

The file locker's site is clean as a whistle.

Yup, I've noticed this. 24 hours exactly :disgust

Another one that waits the full time posted in their site (48hours) is badongo

The list below are sites we believe have had their Paypal processing terminated. Please see the notes at the bottom of the list.

Notes:

1. Copy Control does not specifically claim responsibility for any termination. Paypal terminate processing for sites. We merely report sites to Paypal. We have no idea which sites are terminated as a result of our efforts.

2. Some of these sites include sites re-reported to Paypal and other processors.

3. Some of these sites may be phoenix sites who are re-processing with Paypal. We work to identify these and deal with them as appropriate.

davethedope 07-17-2012 04:20 AM

a lot of these hosts aren't even allowed on the major sharing forums I know about.

My question: is the problem more with blogs and sites indexed by sites like filestube, or the major forums like planetsuzy.org etc.?

I think it's six of one, half a dozen of the other.

I think it's a good time to place sites like filestube, forums like planetsuzy and blogs on notice. We will get around to dealing with these sites in our own unique way, it's simply a matter of time. :2 cents:

Awesome post on WJunction.

Quote:

Dear affiliates!

Now we're going through hard times.
Still we plan to continue to provide service to all our customers.

Most likely we will not see PayPal anymore both like a purchase option and a way to send money.
No we're working on the alternative payment methods and we've already connected 2 of them for purchases via credit card. We do really hope that with your help we can reach the level of sales the same like with PayPal.

PPD program is temporarily suspended.
We do not want to attract the unnecessary attention now so do not rush to activate the topic at the WJ.

Now we face the following problem (by priority):
- Leaseweb
- Payments earned after the PayPal limitation
- Frozen payments on hold for 180 days

1. Leaseweb
We have 99% of our entire infrastructure on LeaseWeb with signed long-term contracts.
Now we are in the negotiation process with them and trying to ask the deferred payment for our account.
If LeaseWeb will not make concessions - the whole infrastructure will be switched off and all the money we have on hold now will be spent on refunds and chargebacks.

2. Payments earned after the PayPal limitation
They work!
New alternative methods of accepting payments:
- Set up a large commission, as We are high risk.
- Big Hold
- Rolling reserve
- Payment delay
because of these conditions, we do not have the possibility now to pay every Friday. But we still working on it.
We will use: wire, wmz, okpay, payza to send payouts.

3. Frozen payments on hold for 180 days
We'll do our best to send them faster than 180 days.

Now we sent all the money we earned for LeaseWeb bills.
As soon as we'll get some extra money from new sales - for the payment of "fresh" sales.

It's very hard to predict the specific date for the first payment due to all the factors we have.
The destiny of the project is in your hands now. It depends only from your supports, your new sales and posts.

Regards
Extabit.com
:thumbsup

FoxtrotAlpha 07-17-2012 09:07 AM

They'll die without paypal.

Most of their sales come from paypal, most of their uploaders get paid through paypal.

No affiliate program = no uploaders = no content = no traffic = no sales = no extabit.

Indeed! They always write back with the same calm reply - I just want to see their smug grins wiped from their collective faces, they know damn well what they are allowing to be uploaded.

Another few image uploaders that you guys should take a look at are depic.me imagetwist.com and imageporter.com that have payment programs to reward the East Euro upload monkeys.

No, but I do think it is under attack at the moment. It doesn't show up here (in the mid USA).

Spudstr 07-17-2012 10:53 AM

leaseweb is taking a financial beating on these file lockers. Megaupload was a large part of their revenue, oron is a decent chunk as well. And the rest of these turds all add up.

As someone said, piracy sites have nothing in home page really. I remember I had one model nicknamed "lolita" on a previous cam site, then ccbill busted to remove lolita word, I wondered as nowhere that word was there but their bot scanned when this damn lolita nicknamed model was online, then I let her change nickname.

I see that cards do not want you to bill for sex with non-humand of any kind, not just usual dogs and horses:

"depicting or describing sex with animals or any non-humans (aliens, fantasy creatures etc). These restrictions include suggestive content, and cartoons/ animations."
I assume sex with zombie or ghost, even if fictional, is not billable due to the clausole no necrophilia... a ghost is dead anyway.

I suspect those sites with lord of the rings or world of warcraft fake sex may not be billable. What about zombie sex? I seen a few they got ccbill I think. Not to talk of those anime with tentacle stuff (aliens or ghosts they rape anyway = forced sex, even if a cartoon).

So it woudl be fun a file locker lose the biller because had some sex word of warcraft mod or screencap :)
