40 employees - my local grocery store employs more people than that and has 10 million sales volume. A small town new 1/2 ton dealer employs people at a HIGHER wage than you do, and can actually sell their business instead of blaiming it all on lack of advertisers that were being ripped off on your huge cpm rates due to the .com craze and stupid venture capital money. Fuck if you count the people I hire on Contract (as I hate having employees - been there done that) I employ more people than that- and that's not counting affiliates either. I learned a long time ago that there little lifestyle difference between 5 million a year and 1/2 a million a year. I'm focusing on time off now so I can enjoy life. Employees tend to require too much time and effort.

face it - you're a dinosar who got lucky and got into the game early and is just hanging onto what you have. Would you be able to make it starting today? I doubt it.

read 12clicks TOS, it allows him to not pay ANYONE for ANY reason WHAT SO EVER, including if he just feels like it. Why do you think he spends sooo much time every day hunting down 'cheaters' - he's just looking over the accounts to see who he can steal from that day.

I just read the TOS for search traffic, which i imagine is rather similar in the basics to the rest of the standard internet programs. I did not find anything of the like..

speedy, I would advise you very strongly to NOT buy traffic for this purpose. You just won't get any type of meaningful return on it.
If you were sending it to some great converting site you owned it might be worth it but just to wash it thru tgps and send it on.......I don't think thats the way to go.

noone has PERFECT server stats.

You ONLY have what a contract says you have, and this one leaves you NO rights what so ever. that's just a few quick examples - there are more. Not that this TOS is anything outragious most sites have similar ones, but most people don't enforce it undiscrimatilary like Ron does. It seems to be an obsession with him.

its not exactly for that purpose, it was more an example. so can you give me any leads on buying larger for cheap? so far the best i have found is 1Mil popunders for $1600. does that sound ok or are there much better deals to be found?

it depends on the quality of the traffic compared to what you're trying to sell. might be a bargain, might be a ripoff.

1.60 cpm is probably a little high unless its from a good source and you're not just one window on a page of popup hell.
